Very proactive up front with words but failed to follow through in the preparation and paperwork. When construction finally began it progressed well. They did not listen well to needed modifications. Quality is outstanding.

All the subcontractors as well as the actual construction team and office personnel have been wonderful. They answer questions immediately and there has been no lag time for anything. Our pool is nearly done and other than a longer than usual excavation (due to problems not associated with A&S or the excavator) as well as a few weather related delays, things have moved quickly and nicely. We have already (3 times) and will again, recommend A&S to anyone considering a pool of their own.
