We used Anthony & Sylvan this summer for our pool installation. My experience was perfect from start to finish. Our sales rep Don came and drafted a rendering for us and provided a timeline that was well maintained throughout. Boke Hoke, our project manager, was EXCEPTIONAL. He came to my house on Christmas Eve to even drop off chemicals for me. Worth every penny and the pool came out incredible. I priced and shopped around extensively and would recommend Anthony & Sylvan to everyone.

In December of 2019, my husband and I made the decision to install an in ground pool. We chose Anthony & Sylvan Pools because of their outstanding reputation. The initial stages of the project however, did not go smoothly. Our salesperson either left or was fired and our original project manager resigned. We were stalled. Fortunately, once Bob Hoke was assigned as our project manager things changed. He maintained frequent contact and kept the balance of the construction on schedule. He communicated with our landscape contractor so that nothing was delayed. Bob worked hard to ensure that we had a useable pool for our summer of quarantine. He continues to check in periodically to make sure that all is working well. I can recommend Anthony & Sylvan Pools based on my experience with Bob Hoke.

They installed concrete pool.My filter motor lasted 17 yrs before I replaced it.All contractors performed without any issues.No one builds pools better.I had heard of issues with other pool companies but knew Sylven name.

Do NOT use Anthony & Sylvan for your pool build. I'm still waiting for it to be finished after 3 years! I am 40 years old, and this pool build has been the worst customer service and quality experience I've ever encountered. Do whatever you must to use a different pool company. 3 years ago we paid to have our pool installed with Anthony & Sylvan. It HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Currently 3 years after the pool getting started it is still not finished and is already on it's 3 refinishing and now 2nd tile job. A&S seem to still be busy installing pools, and yet, they have not finished ours yet. It currently sits with out a plaster finish, broken tiles, and plaster holding together tiles and plaster all over the grout lines. I am not one, traditionally, to leave reviews, but candidly, in my experience, it seems like the only time A&S tries to resolve the issues is in response to a negative review online.

The first virtual meeting the sales person never showed up. However, we did reschedule as we know mistakes happen. We then had a very nice sales mtg the next day and we received our estimate. After this mtg, Noone ever reached out to move forward. I am concerned to move forward with this company because they have shown to be unreliable even before the sale. Imagine if I had a problem after spending $70k?! No thank you

Over 2 months ago we reached out via their website and booked and was confirmed for a virtual consultation since this is what the website advised us to do. When the time of the consultation came and went we called and left a voice mail and sent a follow up email to inquire what happened and forwarded our confirmed date and time for their reference. We received zero communication back. 3 weeks later I decided to try it again and called and emailed one of their local teams here in West Chester, PA as opposed to booking it through their 800 number. I sent an email and then left a voicemail with all the requested information. The message on the West Chester offices answering machine said that someone from the office would return our call within 2 business days and went on to clarify they don't count Saturday and Sunday as business days...... that was 3 weeks ago and we never heard back via email or a phone call. While I completely understand that the pool industry has been very fortunate with the high demand of pool installations due to Covid I have learned in my business dealings that the original contact experience is the perfect precursor to the work that the company would deliver. It's unfortunate that a major company this size lacks the infrastructure to to better serve their industry. Fortunately we have been able to get in contact with another highly recommended Pool Design team whose follow through has been perfect. In hindsight their inability to show up for a scheduled consultation and return email and voicemails while frustrating was a blessing. Hopefully their leadership team can review their communication issues and resolve it in time to better meet the needs of their business.

It was a great experience. Company was incredibly responsive and professional and the project came together seamlessly.

Over all ,I'm Very Happy ! There were some things that took time to resolve and through this experience I found that Neil truly knows what it means to earn a customer for life.

Overall, my wife and I were very happy with Anthony & Sylvan. We would absolutely recommend them and use them if we move into another home. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. My only complaint was that COVID delayed the project several times which turned a 3 month job into a 6 month job. The delays were not on A&S, but I would like to note that they were helpful in moving the job forward as quickly as possible. The pool looks amazing and we cannot wait to enjoy it in future summers.

It was an easy process from signing the contract to completion of the pool. The pool is magnificent. There were a few issues that were easily corrected when Neil Coyne was contacted.In spite of weather difficulties the company worked very hard to complete the project in a timely manner. We are thoroughly enjoying our pool.

It went better than anticipated to be honest.I was nervous to take on such a huge project. Designing a pool and installing it is no easy task. Anthony and Sylvan were very quick at expediting our dreams and making them become our reality. They were flexible and knowledgeable about design elements while taking into account our needs and functionality of our space. They took care of everything we needed, which made it much less stressful on our end. We truly enjoyed our experience and love our new pool!

We were so pleased with Anthony & Sylvan throughout the entire process. The designer blew us away with the images of what our completed project would look like before we even signed. It was impressive and a very professional process. Then, after we made our choice and signed, the process started quickly. They had numerous people follow up with us repeatedly to make sure we were satisfied, answered questions, and despite a messy 2020 with Covid, we were able to get our pool installed on the schedule they estimated from the start. The finished product is gorgeous. The equipment is easy to understand and use. We are still getting follow up calls to check in 3 months after completion! The service department has been prompt. The pictures are after completion, we didn’t have the decking complete yet though. Jarod, Jim, Gary were the guys we dealt with the most and I can’t say enough about how helpful they all were.

By far the best experience I have ever had with any project for my home. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Our account rep was beyond courteous and helpful throughout the project. The Project Manager and Service team was the icing on the cake. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for a new pool installation.

End product was amazing and Well worth the investment. Considering this build was done during covid, the build time was extended due to shutdowns. But they were ready to work when shutdowns were lifted.

Excellent! Rob McCubbin is a fantastic designer. He listened to what we wanted and gave us exactly what we wanted. He gave great advice and helped us make decisions when we needed.

The pool and deck come out beautiful. The process went relatively smoothly. Few open items that needed followup after the pool was finished but the crew and team was responsive in addressing it.

Anthony and Sylvan was able to provide us with a quality pool at less of a cost than local pool companies. Their process is comprehensive and thoroughly organized. We have already recommended Anthony and Sylvan to friends and will continue to do so.

Once the project started, it went very smoothly. Our project manager, Bob Hoke, maintained contact and coordinated with the other vendors on the job. Bob was and is, always available to address any concerns that we have.

Awesome. Anthony and Sylvan pools were great and easy to work with. They were professional and did a great job on my pool.

Still coordinating project. Anthony & Sylvan will be doing coping and tile and outside contractor to do the decking. Anthony and Sylvan has done a great job communicating with me and the contractor. They have made the process seamless and enjoyable.
