It went very well. The renovation included replacement of the concrete decking, coping, and a re-coating of the concrete surface of the pool.

Everyone was so professional and so clean. They did a great job and you wouldn't even know they were there. They didn't leave any kind of mess any where. I really appreciated that.

Anthony and Sylvan uses subcontractors for all phases of the project. To be sure, there were scheduling and weather delays, and the project took several weeks longer than anticipated. That aside, however, each of the subcontractors arrived promptly at the appointed time. All were respectful of us and our property, and took every precaution to minimize any damage to the areas surrounding the intended work area. All workers were courteous and worked quickly and in a professional manner. The final product appears to be of excellent quality. The plaster was evenly applied to form a nearly flawless surface, the tile is all perfectly spaced and all perfectly level so that the water comes up exactly to the midpoint of the tile at all areas of the pool. Finally, our new stamped concrete decking looks incredible! Overall, although the project took somewhat longer than anticipated, it was all done very professionally, and we are very happy with the final result.

The pump was no longer being manufactured. Based on their suggestions replaced the motor and pump with new. Within 7 days they received the replacement then stopped by to install. Pump assembly the recommended is virtually silent and is very efficient. An impressive aspect that Anthony & Sylvan show is their check list when it comes to wrapping up services. They are very thorough in going thru each check box to make sure that I was satisfied before leaving. They also leave a copy with me upon completion.

The same crew has been opening and closing the pool for the last 7 years. The crew is on a first name basis with my family. Shows the stability that Anthony & Sylvan have. Very thorough, inspect the heater, open it up. They check the pumps for leaks, remove the cover. And by the time the leave the pool is ready to go. Placed pool cover in storage shed at other end of my property. They do not take any shortcuts when opening. I always schedule this in February and they allow me to set the date. They never miss a date they are committed to. Anytime they have a suggestion they bring it to my attention first. Always make sure I am satisfied before they leave.

It was an extraordinary experience. 3 different competitors give presentation on their products and services. Went with Anthony & Sylvan Pools. Once contract was signed, we were treated as important clients, administrative assistant was always available to us to ask questions. If she did not know the answers would forward those questions to the appropriate people. Project manager easy to work with and giving us ideas as the project progressed. Installed everything in very efficient way. When they were finished everything was put back the way it was and the pool works great. After they were finished a rep stayed around for 2 hour educating me on pool maintenance. Took 20 pages of notes as the rep spoke. He gave thorough instructions on opening/closing and the chemicals used to clean. Also gave detailed information on how to use the pump and the remote for the pool.

Everything went very well during the replacement of the tiles. Honored the warranty. Matched the tiles that we had. Also purchased additional tiles in case the need arises or if the tiles were discontinued.

very well, I mean little hiccups in the construction due to weather and scheduling conflicts, but now that the pool is done and it's been great, family is enjoying it, seems like a well built product, only minor hiccups nothing I'd consider big at all, and so far it seems very well, we're getting the most out of it.

Everything went wonderfully. The only slight issue was with the fencing position, which crossed over the property line. We called that evening when we discovered it, but they responded instantly, and everything was resolved perfectly. Throughout the whole process, everyone was very nice and helpful. Everything was exactly as we expected, with no surprises, and we felt that they truly cared about the process and end result as much as we did. They followed up with calls throughout the whole thing, and we couldn't be happier with the result.

It went fine. We had some terrible weather. Clean up was great. For 30 years the pool has been flawless. The weather was bad but we were swimming by the 4th of July.

The clean up was fantastic and was done in about a half day for the first phase which was the demolition. The start of the project was two weeks early as well. We removed the entire original plaster as well. Very polite and no issues at all. I had a great experience with Melissa. She was great and very prompt.

The work was contracted on May 8, 2015, was promised to start the work on May 26, 2015 - the work started on time and finished May 30, 2015, well before the projected ending date of June 12, 2015. The guys at my home were very professional and cleaned up after themselves before they left, I even noticed my decking was cleaner after than when they started. The guys paid very close attention to detail and even used tooth brushes to remove excess plaster from the side of the pool. There was a storm in the middle of the project and the storm caused some of the tiles to come off and fall to the bottom of the pool. They not only repaired those missing tiles, but they replaced them as they knew the tiles wouldn't last after they had fallen off. I was very pleased with Melissa and her staff as they coordinated the water delivery to my home since I am on a well system. A member of Melissa's team contacted me each day to ensure I knew what was going to take place that day and check to see how the progress was going.

They did an exceptional job, process started in Fall of 2006 and finished in Spring of 2007. They installed a clear vision cartridge system to help use less chlorine and keep the water clear. All my friends tell me how much different the water feels versus some of the other pools they visit. I am very happy and all my friends and family love coming to sit in the hot tub or swim in the pool. The pool came with a solid cover.

They provide the service twice a year during the opening and closing of the pool and have been completing the service since May of 2007. The service team is always very patient and professional when we are on the phone. If Danielle, the person I always work with is not available they always take a message and Danielle always gets back with in a timely manner.

I always take advantage of their special discounts they offer at the beginning of the season, they provide you 10% off the case. I drive over one hour to get their products and services as I find I don't get the same service or results from products closer to my home from other retailers. When I check the levels of the water I have found other retailers don't get the same results as my test that I complete and the results also differ from Anthony and Sylvan Pools electric level readings. The quality of their products is very high and Alex, one of their Service Managers is great to work with and has a very knowledgeable sales staff.

It went fantastic. They had one issue with the mastic which they fixed right away. The whole team, salesperson, people in office, team that came out were all great. I would recommend Anthony & Sylvan to my friends.

The job went great from start to finish. I jumped on board for my renovation about 1.5 months before this Memorial Day weekend with the goal of swimming for the holiday. They assured me that was not a problem at all. The scope of work was a complete renovation from soup to nuts. Each and every contractor that has worked on the pool was very friendly and professional. They were willing to help any way they could on site. The team in the office was just as great. We would talk daily. The communication was excellent. We love the way our job went and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I am a photographer/videographer that was asked to use my drone to capture as much of the process as possible. Their workers treated me with a lot of respect unlike a lot of contractors who I've encountered before while taking pictures/recording video of a home renovation. I didn't think it was possible for them to redo the entire pool starting in late April to finish before Memorial Day but wow, they kept their word. They are attentive to my needs. They are flexible to scheduling and are always there for emergencies. The provide great advice and easy access to water testing. They also have a preferred customers program that gives discounts off their advertised pricing. They make customer feel appreciated.

They have always been prompt when answering my question. Whenever I call for service, they are usually here within a day or two. I have not had any issues with the quality of service. They are very professional, polite, and do excellent work. I would highly recommend calling this company.

It went perfectly. They're great guys. I don't even have to be here. They know where the pool cover is and they put it away. I've been using them for many years.
