Anthony & Sylvan Pools

The experience was excellent. I owned a sylvan pool. We built it at our other house. We had it for about 18 years. We recently moved and we called sylvan again. They were extremely knowledgeable and right from the beginning the experience was very good.

There chemicals are better than any pool supply store. Their chemicals work very well and last longer. The people in the store are all very nice. The manager takes the time to explain everything in detail. He explains how to use the product and in what order you should sue them. The store is also spotless, very clean.

We invested a few hours with the sales/design consultant on 7/19 and during the visit the salesman seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, despite email and call attempts to follow up, we have yet to receive any contact regarding design or quotes. We'll be looking elsewhere.

I was there last week and the sales person was very helpful. He told me what I had to do and how to solve my problem. They helped me carry heavy things out to my car, and they always go out of their way to help please all of their customer. I have no complaints.

The girl who works there, Joann, is very friendly, knowledgeable and is enjoyable to work with. She is more than happy to help you with any problems you have with your pool water.

They were professional as could be, called me at every stage of the process to tell me what would happen next, who was doing it and when it was going to happen. They followed up after each stage and were available any time I had questions. I had a scheduler, a planner, a local scheduler, an inspector, about 4 different people I had contact with. They were all amazingly well.
