I am extremely pleased with Winfield Garage Doors. The women on the phone was extremely friendly and took time to answer all my questions. The installers were also very friendly and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Winfield Garage Doors.

Shopped around online and got a few online estimates. Winfield Doors seemed to be one of the few garage door dealers with a showroom. We walked in knowing what we wanted we were able to get the doors for less than the online prices. We were told it takes about 4 weeks for an order come in. In a little less than 4 weeks they were in. The technician showed up at the appointed time, he spent all day removing the 3 old doors and replacing them with new doors and hardware and reconnecting the openers. I came home just as he was finishing. The doors looked great and worked great. Everything was cleaned up. Nice job

We are planning to replace our garage door opener and have service performed on the door. We called for an estimate. They were very prompt in returning my call. They were very honest about what we would need and delivered a very well composed estimate. They answered all questions and actually suggested something that was lower cost than what I had proposed. We are planning to have the work done in the spring.

I cant remember exactly how much it cost, but it wasn't cheap. Yes, I would hire this company for the future.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. They accommodated my schedule. I needed them to come out first to remove the old garage door. I then had work performed to change my garage door opening and finish the interior of the garage. My contractors were finished two days sooner than expected. The owner of Winfield Garage Doors moved up my installation two days so my garage would not be open for two days. The workers themselves cleaned up completely. The door is beautiful and the opener is whisper quiet. The installers showed me exactly how my opener worked. They were extremely professional.

The routine service was just fine. I didn't shop around so I don't know if they were a bit expensive. At that price, it didn't matter much. I later asked for a quote for replacing the garage door entirely, and they came in high. Used someone else.

They were good. They were prompt and they told us exactly what they were going to do.

Serviceman identified the problem (door shuddered when moving on runners) right away and solved it by replacing the wheels. Apparently the ball bearings were shot. Although I had no problem with the service, labor and part charges, I felt that, although small, the charges for lubrication and spraying with silicone tended to pad the bill.

Very satisfied. I called and they came within 1/2 an hour. Very nice technician.

They were very professional, knew a great deal about doors and their uses, and the installation they did was perfect.
