They were unresponsive in my multiple attempts to discuss this with the owners who refused to speak with me; they had who I believe to be their daughter speak to me and she was rude and unprofessional
Description of Work: I attempted to bid on their Bidsquare platform, of which they are part owners, and believe in my opinion that there was phantom bidding that drove the price up and was gaming the auction. I would never attempt to buy anything from them

We spent hours trying to assist Mr. [Member Name Removed] in his claim that his bid was not executed properly, thirteen emails and several phone calls keeping him apprised of our investigation into his claim. We discovered that Mr. [Member Name Removed] had signed up on two different unrelated third party bidding platforms and failed to complete his registration on the one where he had left his highest bid. We offered to contact the winning bidder on Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s behalf, but Mr. [Member Name Removed] asked us to offer the winning bidder less than they had paid for their purchase. Mr. [Member Name Removed] was angry and unapologetic still claiming that we were in the wrong. He recently tried to sign up to bid at our auctions again, we declined him and he threatened our staff with bad reviews if they did not comply.
