Interaction with Pete was most positive in all areas. He went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and needs. His rate was very competitive. Both his knowledge of the craft and workmanship are high quality. One of his main assets is that he takes exceptional care to perform the job the right way. He was very polite with all communication, and prompt on arrival times, even calling when delayed for only half an hour. Pete Bilotta is definitely "Reasonable, Reliable, Reputable," per his business card. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any job, large or small.

Pete's work, in a word, is "impeccable". He gave us an estimated timeframe for work to be completed and delivered "on time"! He always left the work area clean. He offered suggestions, at our encouragement, and we readily accepted them with no regrets. I believe Mr. Bilotta went beyond what we expected. My new kitchen is absolutely beautiful thanks in part to Pete Bilotta.

Pete was meticulous in the quality of his work. The wood around our windows had a board and batten look and Pete was able to replicate that with composite material and it looks beautiful. He replaced the ceiling with composite (PVC) bead board and installed new posts with aluminum inserts. I requested a decorative trim to be applied at the top of the post and Pete was able to replicate the look I was hoping for....all in all the porch looks 1,000 times better than when Pete started and I know with the quality materials he chose and his workmanship they should last a lifetime. Only negative is I had originally chosen 6x6 posts. Pete and talked about it and he was concerned they may be too large for my home (I have a smaller home). Upon completion I do wish I would have stuck with my gut and did the 6x6's ....but on the bright side as I said they are still beautiful and Pete did a great job with them and the trim. I am overall very pleased with the outcome.

Pete Bilotta is an excellent electrician and I have already recommended him to our neighbors. As our plans for a home generator changed, we ended up meeting with a total of 6 electricians/contractors. Pete, by far, struck us as the most qualified. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains clearly how the process works. He is meticulous in his work. He was always prompt in returning phone calls/emails and would arrive on time as promised. He worked steadily for two long days in our home and was extremely neat in his work. I like Pete because he answers questions thoroughly and works with his customers to understand their needs. You can tell that Pete Bilotta takes great pride in his work. Yup, I will definitely call Pete again!

Mr. Bilotta arrived on time and was very personable and quite professional. He evaluated my ideas and thoughts and put them into an organized plan and even provided some great thoughts and ideas on how to go about the changes. Mr. Bilotta seems very knowledgeable of his craft and is willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Unfortunately, we decide to go with another excellent contractor. This by no means meant we did not dislike Mr. Bilotta or his services, just decided to go another way. I will certainly keep Mr. Bilotta in mind for other upcoming projects as we move forward.

Fantastic! Pete's level of professionalism is top notch! He is extremely organized and detailed. He is thorough in every aspect of his work from the care of his tools to the care he takes with your home. He worked with us to determine the best place for the island to create the best sight line from the front door into the kitchen. Pete was punctual and meticulous. You get a sense from his strong work ethic that he is treating your house the way he treats his own home.

He was very responsive, prompt, courteous, honest and professional. After assessing my request he stated that he doesn't possess the necessary lead paint certification to perform the job on an old house and with his other jobs this is not one he could take on.

He came out to look at my bathroom and was very honest and let me know that he was not qualified to take on. He doesn't have the lead paint certification needed to work on my old home. He was very nice to give me advice to make sure anyone that does do work needs to have that certification. He was very responsive. I would have liked to hire him, unfortunately my house was not a good fit.

From the first call through installation, Pete was prompt and professional. As the work progressed, he explained exactly what he was doing and why.

Finding a competent and reliable contractor that understood our goals had been a constant challenge. We actually had 3 other contractors out to our home. One never responded back with a quote, another came back with a quote that was considerably higher than expected, and the third didn't give us the confidence that they could do the job properly. In an effort to make the process less stressful, we opted to use Pete through an Angie's List Big Deal promo. Our thought was that it was a low risk way of having a small project done while getting to know Pete's capabilities and responsiveness. Through the entire project, Pete was incredibly responsive and remained flexible as the project evolved from a small drop ceiling into a significantly larger job that involved building and finishing a partition wall in our basement, framing out under our basement stairs, installing doors in the new partition and other electrical work that included new lighting, outlets & switches. Bottom line - Pete did a fantastic job and we're anxious to have him back for the other 3 projects we need to have done. He was able to offer creative solutions to some of the issues we needed to resolve. In addition, he was incredibly detail-oriented, timely and communicative. Ultimately, It feels good to have a contractor we trust for future projects!

Pete actively contacted me to schedule a time for service. He came to the house on time. He reviewed my goal in the installation of a lighting fixture, which was complicated. The pot rack fixture needed to be mounted to a ceiling beam and then electric routed to the light. This took most of the allotted 8 hours agreed since drywall needed to be cut and repaired. There was some time left, he asked if there were any other tasks. With the remaining 45 minutes he was able to fix an outside light for me. He did not ask for any further payment or suggest that any further work that would require more time or money. This was a very straightforward pay for service which I gladly appreciated.

Pete was professional, showed up on time and the job was done on time. He left the worksite clean and neat every day. When we had questions, he took the time to answer them. We will definitely have Pete back for future electrical work.

Pete is exceptional. On-time every day; cleans up after each job and each day. Highly recommend to use. Very reasonable prices as well; especially for the quality of work and service provided.

It was a pleasure dealing with Pete from start to finish! He was very quick to return my initial call and made a prompt visit to provide an in-home estimate. Pete narrowed his time of service call down to one hour and was true to his word. Since he did not have access to our attic, he did all of the installation overhead which made for a longer job. I checked on him from time to time and he would explain the various steps involved in changing out the old fan for the new. Pete was very thorough and we are thrilled with his work!

I can not say enough positive words about this contractor and the efficient work they do. The space is extremely small and oddly shaped. Pete provided a drawing of the space, showed us the exact style of cabinets and counter top and performed the job in record time! The before and after is amazing. Had no problem with leaving him keys to the building. The space was spotless when the work was completed. We were so pleased with this contractor's work that he is working on a second project at this same property this week. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Pete is the best! He is such a hard worker and thinks of everything. He does not leave until the job is completed to his very high standards. He has great ideas of how to do things you would have never thought of. He cleans up when he is done and is very respectful of your home as he is working. In addition, Pete is one of the nicest and most patient people who have ever worked in our home and we have referred him to several of our friends who also agree with our feelings about Pete.
