Description of Work: Disaster struck and a blocked mains spelled a bad day ahead. But the Paramount team came to our rescue - as they have for 10 years. Professionals of the highest order, fast and extremely good service got the job done without a hitch. We breathed a huge sigh of relief, and we were absolutely delighted that the cost came in far below what we had expected. We are absolutely delighted with Paramount.

Description of Work: Installed a low flow toilet. Installed an energy efficient water heater. No need to continuously heat water and store in a huge tank, water is heated on demand and, therefore, one can never run out of hot water. No demand for hot water, no energy used to heat hot water. Huge savings while at work, overnight, on vacation.

They offer an unusual service (''Diamond Club'') that ensures prompt response, free annual inspection and system adjustments, discounted repairs, and a membership fee credit toward future service or product purchases. A year for less than two month's cable charges. We signed up immediately. This is our plumber of choice.
Description of Work: Replaced the sediment filter on our well-water system and greased its O-ring. Repaired a leak in our dishwasher line, the result of a sloppy installation.

+ -1 moreWe have always loved Gilbert & Palma (who are now known as Paramount Plumbing) since we moved to our older house almost two years ago. They always tell you ahead of time what the price will be for the service call, then the plumber will give you a written quote for the job once he arrives before the work is done. They are punctual, clean up after themselves, and very professional. They also have a Diamond Club where you pay about $8 a month and get preferred service times, 25% discount on repairs, a free 100 point inspection for your entire house, and the $8 goes into a bank that you can use against future work. We have found that very helpful as we have needed a lot of work. This job was just as always, Jay showed up just when we arranged, gave a quote, and did the work right away. The clean up was fantastic and our issues are now fixed. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.
Description of Work: Jay fixed our leaky toilet and replaced the faucet/regulator on our bathtub/shower combo.
