Oakmere Fence & Landscape

Mark and his crew were wonderful. Not only was the fence installed correctly, it looks beautiful too. They did not cut any corners even when I said it was ok. To top it all off, they even were amazingly professional to my difficult neighbor!

We hired Oakmere on the recommendation of a neighbor. Excellent service and fair pricing, we could not recommend them highly enough ourselves. Mark was great to work with, he helped us from permit to installation and we are so happy with the results. The installers did a beautiful job and their attention to detail is greatly appreciated as we needed the fence to keep the dog in when she is in the backyard, they made sure every opening was covered well so that she could not slip through (she is small). We would not hesitate to hire Oakmere again or to recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Oakmere using their request a quote function on their website. Mark from Oakmere contacted me within a few days and requested a visit out to our house to look at the area for the fence. Mark came out a few days later and did a walk through of the area with me discussing our needs. After getting a feel for what we wanted he took a few measurements and told us he'd get us a quote right away. Mark showed up on time, was personable, and completed all measurements in under 30 min. He offered some suggestions to make our fenced in area more effective with our hilly and uneven landscape, and even talked to me a little about the area as we had only recently moved here. The next day Mark provided me with a quote which was not only reasonable, but came in below that of the other Business we got an estimate from. I called Mark to confirm, and we set a date for install about two weeks later. On the day of install Mark and his crew arrived at about 730am and got started marking out the area and staging equipment. Mark met with me one more time to go over everything and set up a place to dump excavated dirt and drive the post hole digger. Mark's crew got started and was quiet, professional, and hard working finishing the work by around 400pm. Mark returned shortly after to review the finished project with me and make sure there were no concerns. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Mark and his staff were extremely professional and courteous, as well as offering a superior product at an excellent price. I would recommend them to anyone in the County looking for outstanding fence work and installation.

The men showed up early and finished the job in 2 days so I could allow "Hudina" out. They also cleaned up after themselves and even helped me remove some things I couldn't do myself. They were great.

Mark and his team installed a sturdy, professional corral-style fence around my property to contain my dogs. It was a difficult job for a variety of reasons, but Mark and his team finished in three days.

When I called Mark he was right on it we set a date to review the problems, said it would be done by the end of the week and it was. He even through in the gate. Mark was a complete gentleman about handling this task. (I had not been able to remove all the foliage/overgrowth)

Mike came out on a Monday afternoon to give me an estimate on a privacy fence for my yard. He stated that he would email me the estimate the next morning and they should be able to start around the middle of June. I had not received anything as of 5/22. I have left phone messages, emails, and messages through Angie's List and have not had the courtesy of a return call. I will not recommend this company nor will I use them for anything.

Three men arrived bright and early. Completed everything and then some. They actually completed more than I expected. Great job. I would definitely use them again.

I offered to pay them more but they did not accept. It was a nuisance kind of job that they did, it was not a big job. They did it because winter was coming up. It was hard to find somebody to do it. I was thrilled that they did it and they were prompt. The amount of money was reasonable. There was a another issue of the latch, instead of the gates being straight and coming to the middle of the two gates, the bottom of the gates did not touch. The latch was far over one side. I offered to pay more for them to fix it but they refused. The fixed it and it looks great.

Mark was very prompt in coming out to meet with us for a quote. the professionalism at that time was great. I was looking forward to getting the quote from him as I heard he does excellent work. To date (almost 2 weeks later)Ii still have no quote, and this is even with a follow up to him regarding this. Unfortunately, we will go with someone else due to no response from him.

Mark was a pleasure to work with. Our job wasn't huge but he patiently answered our questions and made 3 return visits to discuss final plan. His crew completed the bulk of the project in just one day and Mark himself came back the next day to finish things up. Great work by great local craftsmen.

Once I signed off on the estimate he was able to start work in less than a week. His crew was professional, on time, and courteous. The work he did was phenomenal. He also makes sure to keep the client in the loop as much as possible. He would call or text when he had a question or wanted to run something by me before just doing it his way. I felt very involved in the entire process.

I spoke with Mark, the owner, he was very professional. We’re very pleased with the fence. He wasn’t the cheapest but he was probably in the middle of the 3 quotes that we had.

Mark is great. He provided quotes for both wood and vinyl, per my request. He was able to schedule my installation about a month sooner than the other companies that provided me quotes. His employees were prompt and worked quickly. There was some confusion over placement of the fence, but it was resolved by the employees quickly. The job was just about completed in 2 days. Would definitely recommend this company to others!

My initial contact with Mark was very productive as he was able to answer some questions that I had over the phone and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate for the next morning. Upon meeting Mark, my husband and I were immediately impressed with his knowledge and suggestions. We had three estimates done and Oakmere's was in the middle but we chose to go with Mark because we felt most comfortable with his ability to do the best job. He did not let us down. Although weather did not always cooperate, since it was a winter month, the job was completed in an extremely timely manner. Our yard was left looking like it was virtually untouched. Very accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
