They made an appointment to come out and give me a quote. The gentleman did a very good job explaining the job, going over options and writing up a very thorough proposal. Even took the time to match the color of my siding for the caulk they would use where the stucco would meeting the house. Overall, I was very impressed by the gentleman and was going to give them the work. The price was within the pack, so not concern that they were under-bidding. I sent them an email requesting references and asking a few additional questions - no response after several attempts. I called and left messages several times at both numbers that were on the proposal - no one answered the phone or replied to the messages. I tried several times to contact this company with no response. Take warning - if they show up, there is no guarantee that you will ever be able to contact them again.

The old chimney liner did not want to come out easily, but Jose and his crew persevered in subfreezing weather and snow. They were courteous, professional and tidy in what was a difficult situation. José was clear and accurate about the scope of the job. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Desiree on phone was friendly and professional, set the appointment within one week and a one-hour time range, told me the tech's name and gave an estimate, agreed that if possible the job would be done on the spot. José arrived promptly, took a look and placed the cap, all within 15 minutes. Then agreed to send an estimate for a flue liner and stucco repair to the chimney exterior. Friendly and professional, good at clear explanation. They've earned their SuperService rating!

Thorough. Plaid down tarps to ensure carpets did not get dirty. Exhausted the shop vac outside, to ensure interior air did not get dusty. Showed us photos of areas of chimney interior & brickwork needing repair.

They were very careful not to get anything sooty or dirty and were very nice.

Everything went great! Initially, there was a confusion, which was my fault because I mentioned I have a stainless steel insert but failed to mention that it was connected to a wood stove placed in my fireplace. Nevertheless, the crew (3 people) honored the price and informed me that the price for the actual service is a bit higher. The job was completed very expidiently. They also did a thorough inspection of my chimney and provided me with a detailed report. I was very satisfied with the service and since now I know what the real price of the service is, I will certainly have these guys over next year.

The inspection revealed cracks in the firebox and chimney. They identified the issues and gave quotes for a couple of options for remediation. They clearly showed me the damage, and there was no pressure whatsoever to have the work performed that day (or not to get competing bids, etc). Very professional in their inspection, presentation of the results, and on presenting their follow-up options. I have recommended them to my neighbors.

I left a message for New Chimney Sweep and heard no reply. I called again to request services and was able to schedule a free consultation Mr. Salazar and his assistant arrived at my house on time for a review and said they would send me a cost estimate via email within a few days. It has been weeks and I have still not heard back from them, again.

Jose did a great job. Even though the coupon was for a fireplace, he did the cleaning for my wood stove for the same price because it was an older wood stove that didn't entail more work to clean.

Sweep was fine but crew told me my 5 year old, life time warranty, stainless steel chimney liner needed to be replaced. I don't think so.
