Brent and his crew did an excellent job. They made a difficult task look easy. It was well worth the money/investment to hire Mr. Hauler. I would highly recommend this company for junk removal.

Brent answered his phone, delivered the dumpster the next morning about 15 minutes before he said he would, put it where I wanted it, picked it up when he said he would (next day). He protected the driveway with plywood. The dumpster was a walk-in. That’s a very good feature, which enabled me to load it myself and make the most of the space. The rental cost was somewhat less than the going rate ($380 vs. $450). Brent was very personable, and he explained the terms of the rental clearly. Really good experience!

Brent came in and cleared basement and garage, moved all items up the stairs from basement for family to sort thru, unbelievable job!!

Best customer service and responsiveness I've seen. We are older so he put 2 heavier bags in dumpster for us. He also blew leaves off driveway for easier access of his dumpster. What a gem. One in a million. We had 4 dumpsters over 3 months and service was exceptional each time!

The movers had already been to my house and he went through the entire house, including the basement, and took anything that was left. He also helps me decided, previously, what to take and what not to take. He was terrific! He is a very nice, intelligent person who is pleasant to work with.

I can't say enough good things about this company. This is the second time I have used Mr. Hauler and plan to use them again in the next few weeks. I called Brent on a Thursday to request a dumpster so we could remove an old shed from Our yard and he had the dumpster delivered by Saturday. He even remembered us from over a year ago! The service is always excellent with this company. They are responsive, courteous, and efficient. the pricing is more than fair. Brent and his partner were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They arrived on time, were very pleasant and helpful, and very well-organized. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

We live at the end of a long, windy, single lane road. Brent backed up to drop off and pick up the dumpsters -/ a feat in itself. He answered every call promptly even on Sunday. Was totally responsive to my timing. An absolute delight to work with!

We called Monday morning, he said he could do it Tuesday or possibly Monday afternoon - he called when he was done earlier with a job that same day than he expected and he came over and we loaded the junk and that was it. Totally responsive, got the job done and was a really nice guy to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Brent was so good to us and very pleasant to work with. We requested a dumpster on Friday and he was able to get one to us by Saturday afternoon, despite the last minute request. His price was competitive and he was very accomodating when we ended up needing the dumpster longer than a week. He was also very responsive to our phone calls and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely recommend Mr Hauler to others and use him in the future.

Everything went great! I have a rental property where the renters moved out and left a lot of items behind. We were in a time crunch to get everything out of the house so that the painters could come in and get everything ready. We called on Thursday afternoon and the dumpster was delivered the next morning. I live in Oklahoma and Brent made it an easy process for me being so far away.

Excellent customer service. I contacted them on a Tuesday for a dumpster on Friday. They delivered the dumpster, followed up to see how we were doing with the dumpster and picked it up when we were finished with it. Extremely accommodating to our schedule and need for a quick turn around. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Brent was professional, punctual and called when he said he would. He was on time, picked up the dumpster as scheduled and actually returned $100 that I unknowingly overpaid him. So now I can add honesty..i already gave my landlord his name when he asked me how he was as our landlord uses dumpsters frequently. You can't go wrong with Brent

Mr. Hauler did an OUTSTANDING job! He worked for several hours clearing a particularly difficult pile of trash. He cut down all vines, etc necessary. He was hard working, had a great attitude and was a man on a mission. I will use him again!

He was great, easy to work with, reasonably priced and quick to provide the dumpster. He was reliable for the drop off and pick up. Overall I was extremely pleased with his service.

The dumpster needed to be placed in an unusual location and Brent did a fantastic job of placement and securing the dumpster with no damage to the area where it was placed. It was picked up right on time and his service could not have been better.

Brent was fantastic! I needed to remove tile and grout debris from my bathroom renovation. I had filled a 55-75 gallon container and two large Rubbermaid containers. Had to be over 300 pounds of debris. He was excellent at corresponding with me via email and was there on the agreed upon date. I had a bad back and he even shoveled my driveway so he could do his job safer. He was very reasonable, especially since most dumpster services are over $300 and the "bag" service you can buy at the box store can get quite expensive because of weight. I certainly will use him in the future and do recommend him highly. Thank you!
