Mark Nagle came to the house to investigate a small water leak in the kitchen. He quickly found the dishwasher inlet was leaking water under my kitchen floor. He took pictures of the damage and gave us a referral to a remediation company. I think Mark went well beyond the reason for coming to the house. He was very willing to assist us in the additional steps we will need to fix the dishwasher and to fix the now warped floor. Very glad to have met him today
