Complete Ripoff - Stay away! Called to fix basement apartment sink pump. Pump needed new float assembly. $120 for visit and diagnostics. $260 for part (actual $150 online). $350 labor for, at must, 20-minute job. Basement bathroom also had a non-working sink drain assembly. I figured for $50/60 I had saved myself getting down there to fix it. $320! Took me 10 minutes to fix with a $5 part. These guys are professional ripoff artists. Be warned.

Jared installed a replacement sump pump in our home recently. He is very friendly, courteous and professional. His workmanship is meticulous! He thoroughly cleaned out the sump pump pit before installing the new pump. He also cleaned up the area after all the work was completed. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to explain and educate us about the replacement pump. Jared answered all of our questions, irrespective of how silly they may have seemed. We appreciate his input, recommendations and service.

I have opted for new furnaces instead of repairs. Furnaces will not be installed for several weeks so it is too early for me to give any final judgment.

Several problems with a faulty hot water heater. The company sends out techs to address each time. The latest tech Terry was excellent. Very thorough and great to work with.
