After receiving two extremely high estimates and a long wait time from a couple of regional HVAC companies for a part repair on our broken 6-year-old A/C unit, I was referred to Landgarten Heating & Air Conditioning by a friend. My initial call was returned the same day, and an appointment was scheduled for the evaluation the very next day. Dave was straightforward and honest about the repair of an obsolete machine with a leak vs. replacing the entire inside and outside unit; the pricing for the replacement was not much more than the original part repair estimates, and came with a longer warrantee. Along with the savings, Landgarten HVAC was able to work quickly and have the units installed the next business day; I cannot stress how important this timeliness was during a heatwave, while working from home with an active toddler in a 95⁰F home. Dave and his assistants were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and performed a quality install with a quick turnaround. It has been a few weeks and we have not yet had any issues. I would definitely refer Landgarten Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone looking to repair or replace their HVAC systems.

Dave Landgarten is very professional and honest. He has fixed my heat pump when it stopped working in the middle of summer. He's prompt and the prices are reasonable. I have since used his services to fix thermostat wiring and other minor fixes. Thanks Dave!
