The service worked out fine. I have not used them before and they were good. I was not actually even there to let them in or do anything with them. There were no additional costs to the $69 Big Deal. I cannot say that there was anything wrong. I used Angie’s List to schedule them and everything, and they were fine.

We are return customers of King Heating/AC. Joe is always professional, prompt and respectful of our home and wishes. He does a great job and informs us of any issues with our system. He found a problem that Horizon left when they installed our new heat pump and took a picture, sent to my email and suggested that we communicate with Horizon to get their mistake fixed. Horizon still has not yet fixed it (apparently can't get on their calendar to fix something that is THEIR problem) and Joe did say that he would fix it for us if we requested. He never at any time tried to oversell us on anything and provided professional insight on our system. We appreciate that since we have a lot of experience with others providing a service via AL and then trying to sell us something else in order to make up for the low price. Joe never did that and goes out of his way to ensure everything is done correctly. We are happy to report that we have found our Heating/AC professional that we plan on staying with. I can't say that about very many companies. Thanks again Joe.

They came out as scheduled on time and resolved the issue with the A/C unit..it was low on freon.

It went very well, he worked cleanly, identified known issues and some additional minor ones but did not oversell me. I Like the service plan price that includes a discount for maintenance check ups separately for A/C and Heat in the relevant season but for one price. Looking forward to them returning to complete the work that needs some custom ductwork to rebuild leaky (and costly) air flow loss from the original installer.

Everything was great...exactly as advertised. Got an estimate for some other work while he was there and had that work done by them a few weeks later as well.

The guy was on time, professional, very neat, and knew what he was doing. You could just tell he just loves what he was doing. He loves his job. He even said that, he just loves what he's doing and that makes all the difference.

As usual, Joe and his team did a great job. He also installed a new heater and ac system for me a little over a year ago. I have recommended Joe King to both my father and neighbor who have since had new heating/air conditioning systems installed.

Joe was a pleasure to deal with. When he initially came out to inspect our broken heat pump he tried a few things that did not correct the problem. Ultimately he determined that either the compressor would need replaced (a very expensive part), or the entire heat pump would need to be replaced. At that time he offered to apply the parts cost of his efforts to our final bill should we decide to replace the entire unit. He even went so far as to offer to come out and remove the parts and give us a refund should we have someone else do the replacement. This offer impressed me. After confirming Joe's diagnosis by getting a second opinion from another company we arranged with Joe to have the heat pump replaced. He was able to schedule us within a week and arrived right on time both days of the installation. Everyone of my family who happened to be present at the house during the installation said they were impressed with King's efforts to be clean and work quickly. Our heat pump is working great and I'm happy that we had King do the work. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who asks.

It was an excellent experience. During some really bad weather, Mr. King showed up when he said he would be here, and worked tirelessly for two days to restore my heat pump system. He, and the people who helped him, were meticulous, competent and polite. The system is working very well in some really cold weather. I highly recommend this company and I plan on using them again replace another system.

It was great and we still use them for other needs. We were very happy with them. The technicians have all been very professional and we have had no problems at all. They have been able to get to us within a day after we contact them.

Very good service. I used the coupon which was great because I now have found a good provider for additional work to my furnace. Joe was on time, respectful, informative, (explained what my next step in maintaining my furnace should be) and was unassuming which is why I will continue further business with him.

This part would need to be ordered and installed upon arrival. Tech told me that since I was very handy and comfortable with working with Gas lines, I could purchase on my own and install all while saving over $300.00. His honesty and helpful advice has given them a customer forever.

After providing a few times convenient for us when we purchased the big deal, Joe promptly replied to confirm one of our times. He arrived a few minutes early and spent about an hour giving our heater a thorough inspection. He pointed out a few things and made some recommendations. Overall, a great experience and we would use him again.

We had an oil heating system with central air and were looking to replace it with a clean,energy efficient system. We brought in several companies for quotes and King Heating and Air Conditioning really impressed us. Joe King, the owner, took the time to understand our objectives and put together a proposal that fit our needs exactly. He recommended a new heat pump technology that is nearly as efficient as geothermal systems (we were not good geothermal candidates). Joe and his team were very professional and punctual. He even cam back several times during the peak heating and air conditioninig seasons to make sure the system was optimized. We couldn't be happier with King and would highly recommend them!

Joe was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me options for repair. He was able to make the repair the same day. I have no problem recommending King Heating and Air in the future.

Roof Vent Fan removed, new one installed and so far no leaks, the reason for replacement fan. hasn't been hot enough to come on since installation so hoping it does so I can hear it work. It works fine but now on thermostat so waiting to see it works off 90 degree setting. King also inspected central air and they found many poor design and .errors in that installation. Will work on that in cooler weather. Will do new ducting. Estimated around $1300.00.

We could not have been more pleased with the service that Joe King provided. Even in this busy season he came out to advise us very quickly. He took his time and explained all the options with specific prices. When it was time for the installation, Joe and his crew arrived on time and carefully completed the rather complicated installation. He was careful not to interrupt our routine over a course of three days. He is flexible, thoughtful and pleasant to deal with. He would not accept the final payment until he was sure we were happy.I highly recommend Joe King.
