Jon's team arrived right on time and were very polite and professional. They worked quickly and did a great job. I really didn't want to put my screens back on because the windows were so clean it looked like they weren't even there. Jon contacted me promptly and then was very responsive to my phone calls- there was no chasing him down required. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.

We called Jon for and estimate and he showed up later that afternoon. He surveyed the house and provided us with an estimate. We scheduled the job and his crew arrived right on time. The crew was very courteous and respectful of our house. They wore foot coverings and used drop clothes inside the house. They washed both the interior and exterior of all windows in the house and did a great job. We are happy that we hired Jon's company to handle this job for us. We will hire them again.

They were on time and we due to the good service we received on our house we contracted Jon's to clean my father in laws windows.

First let me say that the windows look great. Jon was very professional, communicated with me by phone and email, promptly and courteously and within 24 hours of my first contact on Angie's List. They were very careful with the wooden grids on the windows which are fragile and often break easily. They didn't break any, which I appreciate. Since we recently had the exterior and the interior of the house painted, they also had to scrape dry paint off many of the windows - which cost an additional $100, over and above the window cleaning. The window cleaning charge is supposed to include light brush cleaning of the screens with soap and water, removal and replacement of the screens. The cleaners did not have to remove my screens because of the recent paint work that had been done - they were all removed already. I was told that they would be replaced after washing. When I returned home, after already paying the foreman before I left for work, all of the screens were in my garage and the team of cleaners were gone. None of the screens had been replaced. This was disappointing given the $500 charge which was supposed to be inclusive of screen removal and replacement. Despite this, I would consider utilizing their service in the future.

I had called Jon,s to find out his service area coverage. I was pleased to learn that he covered my area and also provided power washing services. He was pleasant and efficient. He sent his worker to my home within one week. His worker, Brandon, was the first knowledgeable and fully equipped vendor I have found after several years of disappointing, ill equipped and shoddy work from "recommended" contractors. He uses a great cleaning solution and gas powered equipment, which I later learned after worrying about using my electrical outlets. He explained how he planned to complete the job and went to work immediately. The results were excellent, complete and done quickly. I plan to use his service in the future without hesitation. I also learned that Jon is a veteran. As a retired military veteran I should have know to expect the highest level of quality, efficiency and performance that I received.

We have a three story house with lots of old, wooden windows, many of which have not been opened in years. These guys made them all spotless including the storms. Fantastic.

The service turned out fine. He cleaned about 18 windows on just the outside. He was friendly, courteous and competent. Scheduling was difficult but that was my fault. They were actually very flexible with me.

I didn't end up using the Big Deal. He called right away. It got close to the holidays and the weather got bad. I got it refunded. He was very nice. I would use him in the future.

Great experience. First scheduling - very responsive. When the weather did not cooperate rescheduling was quick and easy. Windows were spotless when done. If not for the windows, you would never know anyone was in my house - they were just so neat! 2 years of construction dirt (my neighborhood still has homes being built) gone! Windows, screen, tracks, and sills all perfectly cleaned. Fast too. Everything took around 2 hours. We will use them again.

We have 60 windows, including basement and garage. Jon worked alongside the other 2 men on the job. Having the boss on site for the entire job made a difference in the quality of the work. We were very satisfied with the result.

This was a surprise for my wife who was out of town. When she came home, she was so happy. Jon and his crew of two (Brendon and Joe) did a great job, and despite doing indoor and outdoor work, they left the house spotless (wore booties). No mud or dirt was ever tracked into the house from their outside activities. Also, Jon's original response to my request for quote was prompt and professional (he emailed me the quote and we even corresponded briefly by SMS/text message which I found to be very convenient). I had originally contacted three services from Angie's list and decided to go with Jon's based on his reasonable cost and responsiveness. Plus I got a good vibe! Once the date was set up, they arrived (Jon is the owner and he was onsite almost the entire time). They left on time (important!) and my house is sparkling and my wife is a happy woman! (Her quote this morning: "These windows are unbelievable!") One of the crew members, Brendon even suggested a tip (Polymeric Sand) to improve my patio appearance. These guys are good, dedicated and did a great job. I plan to recommend them to my neighbors. And I plan to engage Jon's services annually now.

They were very good. It is an old farm house and the gentleman let me know certain areas that they were going to stay away from so they would not cause any damage. They were prompt and they arrived on time. They gave an accurate estimate on the time needed to the job and the price was very reasonable.

They were great. They came out and did what they did. They came out very fast and when I asked for them. They were terrific and they made sure to come out that day and it was a Sunday. It was great service and they called me back right away and made sure to come out before the holidays. They did what I asked them to do and even changed the light bulbs in the light fixtures with no problem. Everything was fine, I was satisfied and I will call them again.

They did a very good job for us. We found them through Angie's List. We liked their service and they indeed did a total clean up of the windows. They returned our call quickly and went to our house very quickly. We had to reschedule twice because of the weather. There was a very (3:14 to 3:20) because of the weather. They came back and we rescheduled it over again. They did a very good job and they were very careful. I have dogs so I have concerns about door open (3:34 to 3:42).

I intend to use this service regularly through the year.

He was very efficient and pleasant. I can not remember the exact. He told me that the special was offered once or twice a year and I hope to use the service again the next time the special is offered.

We were extremely pleased with our experience with Jon's Window Cleaning. We had purchased a $99.00 Big Deal and contacted Jon near the expiration date of the coupon. Jon assured us he would honor the coupon even if we went past the expiration date. Jon came out to our home and gave us an estimate for additional windows and skylight cleaning. ($99.00 Big Deal Coupon + $125.00 additional windows = $224.00) His price was very fair and we agreed to go ahead with the cleaning. He kept in close contact with us and scheduled the cleaning very quickly. Jon's cleaners, Joe and Phil, did a great job. They were very careful when accessing some tricky windows and also the roof for skylights. They were very professional throughout the entire process. We're thrilled with our sparkling windows and skylights! We highly recommend Jon and his crew and will certainly work with them again in the future.
