Jon's Window Cleaning

Jon and his team were awesome. They arrived punctually and went about their work with a friendly, yet professional manner. It had been several years since the windows had been cleaned, and they were beyond grungy. The difference is amazing, and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. I would recommend them without reservation, and we will be using them again, without a doubt.

Jon and his two helpers were very professional and pleasant to deal with. They were quiet, neat and very thorough. My windows had never been professionally cleaned, and I was very pleased with the result. My windows are crystal clear. Jon responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and scheduling was prompt and easy. I will use Jon's service again and gladly recommend him.

Jon was very professional in all his dealings with us. He seemed really concerned that we could work out a time suitable for both of us. It didn't happen to work out, but I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again in the future

I recently had the exterior of my townhouse entirely re-cladded so the windows were exceptionally dirty. When I contacted Jon for an estimate, he showed up the very next day and emailed me an estimate, discount included, shortly thereafter. His window cleaning crew did a fantastic job. Very friendly, fast, detail oriented, and professional. "Don't forget that one small smudge way up there," I overheard one say to the other as they were finishing up. All of the windows now look bright, shiny, and clean as a whistle! Highly recommend!

We had Jon clean all of the windows in our townhouse this summer. We hired him after getting two bids and his was a bit lower. The two workers were polite and arrived on time. Their work was good quality and they were thorough, Jon follwed up with a call to make sure we were satisfied. Overall, a great experience.

It was good. They did a really good job. I think they had to cancel and reschedule. If I needed to clean my windows, I would used them again.

Jon was very responsive to my request for an estimate, was flexible when I asked him to leave out some of the windows, was prompt on the day of service. He did a great job and I was very satisfied with the job. I will definitely use him again.

Jon's Window Cleaning did an excellent job from my first interaction through completion of the job. Jon quickly replied to my inquiry for an estimate and provided me with a detailed estimate very quickly. His price was very competitive. We reviewed a few date options to schedule the service, since they are very busy this time of year. I was told it would be early afternoon and he confirmed a start time between 1:00 and 2:00. The morning of the service, he called and said they would be at my house at 1:00, and they were. Three workers arrived and completed the work in about 2-1/2 hours. Everyone was very personable and professional. They did a great job. I plan to use them again in the future.

Jon stopped by originally to provide an estimate and called me for a last minute cancellation to see if they could get the job done. The guys did a great job on the house. I have a lot of trees behind my house and it had a not so nice green hue on some areas of the house. Jon stopped by after the job was completed to inspect. Highly recommend.

Perfect. Quick response to inquiry and came by to prepare quotation which was very reasonable. They came and did the job in just a few hours the following week. Crystal clear and streak less! Next time I will have them do the interior and screens as well-the price was well worth it. Very professional and easy communication/transaction. Fabulous all around experience and I wouldl highly recommend. It's very nice to have the sun shine through clean windows in the spring!

It was good. He charged me $25 extra because he said my windows were too high. I wasn't too happy about it. The service was very good.

He called me back right away and even followed up. But his estimate was just too high for me.

Our experience with Jon's Window Cleaning was fantastic! Their work was top notch! We just moved into an older (1930s) home, and the windows were filthy. Jon and his team had to remove large exterior storm windows to get to the windows underneath. They were professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. While they were inside our home, they wore booties and were very careful about keeping everything clean. I had a hard time finding a company willing to take on the difficult job of cleaning older windows with separate storm windows. Jon and his team members were up to the challenge, and we can't be more pleased! We will definitely ask them to come back the next time our windows need some TLC!

Positive experience. Phil arrived early and discussed the strategy (first floor then upstairs, then outside). He went right to work. As I was working from home that day he did the room I was in last as to not to disturb me. He was respectful of my home wearing shoe booties and putting towels down under everything. He works quietly and efficiently. He pointed out a few things with my panes that I will need to keep an eye on in the future. He painstakingly took off every window insert, cleaned them, and put them back! My windows look amazing.

Jon is very professional, and communicates quickly, which I appreciate. He explained exactly what he would be doing with the windows, and the necessity for taking out the extra window that my Pella casements have, in order to clean them properly. He had to cancel our first appointment because of the illness of 2 of his crew, but rescheduled quickly for about a week later, and arrived on time. The men were all courteous and respectful of my home, wearing shoe protectors inside. I am pleased to have shiny clean windows for the first time in a long time, and I will happily recommend Jon and his company to my friends.

Jon returned my request and quickly. When rain spoiled the scheduled day, we were able to connect and reschedule without any trouble. The crew was polite and punctual, even arriving a little but early. The windows looked fantastic when they were finished.

two employees showed at my home on time at the agreed to date. They washed all windows contracted for, and did an excellent job. I would hire hem again, and would recommend them. Communications to pin down date for service was excellent.

Jon and his employee Phil came to the house on time to power wash the siding of our house and clean the windows inside and out. We really appreciated them wearing shoe covers inside and using a drop cloth to protect my floors. ( which were professionally cleaned last week) The power washing was done along with the patio cement floor. We are very pleased with Jon and Phil's personable and professional attitude. They took care in doing their job and were great to work with and the price was VERY REASONABLE too. GREAT JOB!!!

I purchased two Angies list deals last summer. The deal was $100 for 10 windows inside and out. By buying two deals, I was going to get the majority of my windows cleaned. And they said they would quote me on the rest when they arrived. When they arrived and saw the size of my windows, I was told my windows were big and that they would be more money. Each of my first floor windows is a transom window so they are fairly large. Well, I was annoyed because nowhere was it stated that transom or large windows were more. The deal just said "window." Anyways, I ended up paying $440 or so with the addition of 6 french doors, a large picture window and maybe 2 more 'regular' size windows. The cleaning of the windows itself was fine. They did a decent job. But really, how hard is it to clean a window, especially when its your business to do so. It's the logistics of doing the outside that is too difficult for me. Some cons, I was told I had to remove all my window pane inserts prior to them arriving which was annoying. I like full service and this did not make it feel like full service. The window cleaners were very nice. They chatted amongst themselves as anyone would do which is fine. However, a few comments they made while talking amongst themselves I didn't think think appropriate for a client to hear. It was nothing terrible and I know we all whine on the job sometimes, but no customer of mine would ever hear me whine. Co-worker yes, customer no. Also, after they left I checked each window to lock them and noticed that not all the screens were put back on properly. Most were, but several were not clamped back in and some of the clamps were missing all together and luckily I found them right outside on the ground. They had to have dropped them as they were not dirty from being buried in yard debris for weeks/months. They were laying right on top of the ground. When I need window cleaning again, I'll look around for another company. Not because of a bad job per se, but because there may be better service elsewhere.
