Hi! I'm Jon VanSpriell, owner and operations manager of Jon's Window Cleaning, Inc. We are a professional window cleaning service based in Downingtown, PA, that serves most areas of Chester, Delaware and some areas of Montgomery counties. We have been having a ball providing professional window cleaning at its finest since 1994. You'll be treated to our personable and friendly service while also receiving impeccable quality. Our aim is to give each and every customer a completely positive, pleasant window cleaning experience from start to finish. What a professional, responsive business! Jon's staff arrived on time, with a cheerful attitude. We agreed as to how the windows would be counted (they are different sizes but have no dividers, so they're quickly cleaned), and then we walked around the two-story house to count and check. The two men set to work and cleaned even more windows than originally envisioned in less than an hour. The windows were gleaming when they finished, and I was smiling. Further, having been raised in a "ma'am and sir" culture, I really appreciated their politeness.
As a follow-up, Jon called a day or so later to ask how things had gone. He is a most engaging man working hard to build his business. I urge other Angie's LIst readers to help him do this. I strongly recommend this enterprise.

I thought the cost was very reasonable. It's a two story home. It's a big home and I've got these big skylights and everything. I have oversize windows in the foyer and the family room. I would recommend them. I thought they were very good.

We are very pleased with Jon's Window Cleaning service. Jon is a very professional individual and was able to advise me on what is included with window cleaning since we have never had our windows professional cleaned before. There was a bit of a mix up with the original quote he sent me and he increased the amount by $30, but he did let me know of this change prior to coming out. I was a bit skeptical about it, but decided to go ahead with the work because he seemed like a trustworthy individual. I am glad I did because our windows look great. His staff of two men were very polite, quiet and worked very efficiently throughout our house. They were extremely tidy. They acommodated my request to wear booties since we have fairly new carpet and don't wear shoes in our house. Our windows look great!

Jon's crew cleaned my windows in 1 day. Unfortunately they missed a couple and had to come back. Jon was very much on top of the situation and the windows were cleaned to my satisfaction.

We hired Jon's to clean the windows on our two-story home. He was responsive, courteous, and professional. To follow up after we initially talked on the phone, he sent me Google calendar invites to confirm when he would be out for an estimate and for the actual cleaning.
His technicians seemed friendly, courteous, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and hard-working. I felt completely safe being home alone with them while they were working. When they couldn't clean the outside of a basement window because they couldn't open the window far enough to remove the screen, they thoroughly explained to me what the problem was. The cleaning solution they used was safe for me and my pet, and it didn't have a harsh odor.
While the price was more than I really wanted to spend on window cleaning, I believe it was a fair price because it was significantly lower than another estimate I had received. This house was new to us, and I believe the windows had probably not been cleaned for several years. The difference I can see now that they are clean is absolutely incredible. It was totally worth the money. I'd definitely call Jon's again the next time I need window cleaning.
