Jon's Window Cleaning

Jon was very responsive to my original request for a quote. He called and scheduled a time for an estimate and called ahead to confirm. He provided a price right away and it was not the cheapest, but fair. I selected Jon based on his high rating and, since we have a large house with some very high windows, he was able to do the work in one day. Jon called the night before our scheduled cleaning to let me know what time they would arrive. They (Jon and two other workers) arrived on time and got right to work. They were very professional, careful and thorough. They finished within the time they had estimated and the windows, screens and light fixtures all looked great. Jon even repaired a curtain bracket that had been loose. I would highly recommend them.

Jon and his team were fantastic to work with. Super professional. Extremely responsive. Prompt. I'm extremely happy with their work. The windows are gleaming. I had to wipe up a few spots on the sills, however, the windows were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned in over two years. In addition, there was a ton of stuff in front of the windows so it was ' tan easy job to work. These guys are great. I already recommended them to my family. I highly recommend them to you too. I will be a repeat customer!

The job was excellent from start to finish. The team arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. The windows sparkled after the cleaning (it had been years since they were cleaned). The workers made no mess and left no mess, worked diligently and with purpose (spent 3-4 hours) to clean the inside and outside of the windows. They even cleaned a couple of extra windows in the garage that we had forgotten about when counting, and did not charge for it. A completely positive experience. We will happily call them again.

They were really accommodating with my schedule and arrived on time. They were very polite and respectful of my property. They put cloths down by all the windows. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The end result was great.

It was fine. Everything went great. The cost of the Big Deal was $99, but I paid extra to get more done. I paid $30 extra so they could clean the patio door. There was nothing bad about their service.

They are fantastic. They are very professional. They were here and gone in like an hour and 15 minutes. My windows never looked cleaner. They guys knew what they were doing. They took the time to put your blinds back down and everything. So they take the extra step.

Jon was great to work with. He came out to look and give me a quote. He was on the job when it was accomplished. Follow up on a few remaining details has been great. He provides a very reliable and professional service and I would use him again.

I think the way they counted windows was not right. They are tiny little panes and he counted them as three of the ten. I had to call about it, he never called me like he was supposed to. I called your company and they gave me his number and that is another thing. I mean they apologized for it. The guy was polite and everything, but I wouldn't use them again. Too much money when they count these tiny window panes as three windows. I could had them may do all the lower level windows they are all on the first floor, easy to walk around so it is just not worth it. The price was too high.

Professional, friendly, arrived on time, and did a great job

Jon contacted me quickly after purchasing deal and was very accomadating regarding finding a date that would work. They did a wonderful job getting the windows clean and Jon even called to follow up afterwards to ensure that we were satisfied with the work. I would definitely use them again.

He and his team arrived promptly and finished in about 3 hours. I have a large home and they did approximately 68 windows. Thought it would be cheaper but hard to haggle when they were already working. He didn't want to include a pair of sliding doors which I initially said I would do myself...what's a pair of doors when you are paying that much? Overall nice job, however the boys left a mess in my sunken tub when they did the master bathroom windows. I would use them again.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Poor communication and constantly rescheduled, 3 x's. Poor business acumen - complained the whole time about the price, he listed, on Angie's List for $99, said he is NOT making money because he has to give Angie 40% of the price sold at. Showed Up late, tried to rush the 2 guys working for 45 mins already, said hurry up repeatedly, I am losing money. Outside of windows were NOT cleaned to my satisfaction. Then he demanded $50 because some windows were harder to clean than others and slightly bigger, but no credit for the smaller, easier one either. Asked him to leave my property and explained I will never use his service or refer his services again. He has left me an intimidating voicemail due to this review. UPDATE: TERRIBLE - Only submitting this to add to my original and horrendous review because the Owner JON left me an intimidating, angry and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL voice mail due to the "F" rating I gave him. This guy is not stable and I would NEVER USE again!

Returned my calls and emails promptly to schedule at a convenient time that was soon after I purchased the deal. Two workers arrived on time and proceeded to do an excellent job cleaning the windows and sills. Some larger windows count as 2 windows and home owners are reponsible for removing and replacing most screens. Very pleased with the service.

Jon was very responsive when I called and gave us a date and time that fitted our schedule. The person who came was also professional and did a great job. He was careful not to get dirt or water on our floors indoors. We've been in the house for less than two years so don't know when the windows were last cleaned properly. Last summer we tried cleaning using a hose-end detergent but they didn't look much better. Now we can see out again and we'll definitely use Jon's again.

Well worth every cent. I'll do this every year. i didn't realize how dirty the windows really were. Jon & his team were courteous, efficient, and did a thorough job. I would recommend this company.

Awesome. Accommodating, efficient, excellent, simply awesome. Bought two 10 window packages via the big deal, Jon contacted me immediately and worked around my schedule to get the job done on short notice, as we just couldn't get to them in time to put the house on the market the following week. Jon and his crew showed up early, again to help work around our schedule and did an excellent job in very short order. Windows were clear and sparkling for the first showing.

I purchased a big deal from them. They got back to me very quickly but they do not service my area.

They were professional. They came out ahead of time. They didn't charge more for the additional time needed to finish the project. They gave a follow up call the day after to make sure I was satisfied with the job. If you need your windows cleaned call these guys don't bother calling anybody else.

It was a pleasant experience to greet two courteous and professional young men at my door. They left my home better with my sparkling clean windows and screens. No muss, no fuss, in and out. They told me Jon has very high standards, and my windows prove it. I was totally pleased and look forward to seeing them again in the spring of 2014.

They worked fast and hard and got off years of dirt. Will be invited back in the future, but work was so good it may be years. They could not have been more professional, timely, polite, accomodating, and effective.

Jon was on time, very professional and also helped with my drapes to get to some windows. Jon did the work himself on a Saturday because their was a conflict with the original date. Because of the way that Jon handled this I was very happy with his service. I will hire him again.

The two young men cleaned the windows inside and out. They also brought the storm door up from the basement and cleaned it and took it down stairs again!!! They were professional, courteous and very particular in double checking their work for a beautiful result. I will use this business next year without a doubt. Great job!
