I'm afraid we'd have to give this company a low/fair rating. Two guys came to clean our ductwork, and while their attitudes were helpful enough, they simply didn't have sufficient training to do the job. In addition, no one ever called to confirm the appointment the day before (my wife had to call them), and when they passed the 10-12 arrival time, we received no call letting us know they would be late. Not very professional!! When they arrived, we had all the furniture moved and assisted in directing to the furnace and resisters ?! Right from the beginning, their hose didn't adapt to our filter housing (needed an adapter). The tech asked if he could cut a hole in our ductwork ?! "NO", so I made a adapter with cardboard, cutting to the size of the opening and hose ?! They seemed to have trouble removing some grills, so I loaned them a screwdriver and a box cutter. Finally, after they left, I noticed that they changed out my filter which when I checked it, the new one was put in wrong, upside down and didn't mark the date ?! The two, service techs seemed very "green", but friendly. Unfortunately, "you get what you pay for" and I would not hire again

I had this company come out to vacuum out our air vents because there was an odd smell in our house. The technicians were extremely nice and worked around the craziness of my house. They showed me photos of everything that they found in the vents, and we ended up needing a mold treatment as well. Since they were showing me photos of everything and explaining as they went, I didn't feel like they were just trying to get more money out of me, I truly felt like they were there to help. They even sent us the photos to have for our records. They were very thorough in all of their explanations and services, I would highly recommend them!

Offered to do full cleaning, mold and sanitizing for $671. More than what I planned to spend.

Customer service is vital there is to many companies to have a bad attitude

The technician showed up unprepared, with barely enough piping for his equipment to reach my unit in the basement. In order to accommodate us and reach the unit, he had to back up his van into my garage. Then, proceeded with the cleaning, leaving the van running for the next 2 hours and the door to the house open for the pipe to gain access to the house. This caused a buildup of Carbon Monoxide in my house and the CO alarm went off, triggering the police and fire department to come and investigate. After my story, they figured out what happened and were able to clear all my appliances and air out the house, but it caused a lot of trouble. I had asked the technician what would happen if the equipment didn't reach, and he said he would have to reschedule the appointment and come back. It seems they should have inquired ahead of time about the size of the house if they do not travel with enough pipe to reach - our house is not extremely big, and I did mention during the booking that the units were in the basement. It seems they should be prepared when they come out for a cleaning.

The vacuum tubes had numerous holes in them. As a result, the suction was compromised. (When they were cleaning my vents, I held the tubes together to try to increase the efficiency of the vacuuming.) I would not hire again unless they purchased new tubing.

Professional and prompt. Would hire again.

I paid this company extra money to clean out the dryer vents, but they didn’t clean the one on the dryer it’s packed with lent. I called Four Season and HomeAdvisor I got no response. Unless they come back to finish the job I want use either company again. Esther S

We hired them to do the ducts and ended up also having them fix our dyer vents at the same time. The cost was more than double what I was told but the brought up concerns throughout being onsite before they went ahead with anything. Pricing seemed fairly close to other companies we had quoted for the same work, they just misunderstood our initial request. They did a great job though. They showed us before and after pictures inside the ducts, the brought us in to see things when relevant and they got rid of bird nests that had been built in the ducts. We had them do all this on the day we moved into our house and do not regret it.

I thought the guys were great, but...I felt alittle deceived about what I was quoted for, because I believed the sanitizing was included in the quoted price I was given over the phone. That's why I hired them.

They were professional, explained the process of duct cleaning. Fast Professional, and Polite and performed work in a professional manner.
