Did a fair job, the crew was excellent and did what they could. The equipment is not strong enough to pull through a lot of vents. Ideally if the equipment is not capable of pulling through all vents at once then the vents in all areas except the one being cleaned should be sealed. This did not happen consequently a large amount of dust is still in the duct and will be circulated back to the areas. I recommend them for smaller homes, up to 2500 sq ft or so.

We've lived in our home for approximately ten years, but the home is over 30 years old. We'd venture a guess that the air ducts have never been cleaned and from the digital photos we were able to see that our guess was correct. Our vents were will with all kinds of yuck. 4 Seasons Air Care staff was professional and educated about their process. I thought there'd be a big mess for me to clean, but they also did a great job cleaning up. Our ducts smell fresh and feel like they are working at full capacity. We'd highly recommend this company.

He was very friendly and courteous. Very clean, and took precautions to not make a mess. He was able to do it all from inside which was fun to watch. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone, and already have to my neighbor.

The guys were on time and professional. Both wore masks the entire time they were inside my house. Showed me before and after pictures of my air ducts. Recommended additional cleaning for my blower and mildew treatment which I am considering over the next 30 days.

I had my air ducts cleaned by the 4 seasons air duct LLC. The service was thorough, competent and reliable. They provided photos before and after cleaning. The price was also reasonable (you could get multiple discounts). Most of all the company is really responsible. While cleaning the heating and cooling system, the water heater in the same room broke down surprisingly. It may not have been their fault (my water heater is old), but the company was willing to pay the repairing cost 

Two gentlemen did a thorough job as indicated by the before and after pictures. Arrived on time and left clean work area.

Everything went perfectly. They arrived precisely at the time my appointment was scheduled. They were fast and the price was very reasonable! I would definitely rehire them!

The technicians arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and explained everything clearly. We’d never had our air ducts cleaned, so we knew they were dirty, but we were shocked to learn they were filled with mold, which was clearly visible in the photos taken. The mold remediation was an expensive surprise, but it was a no-brainer, especially after we googled and discovered the additional price quoted was less than what we may have been charged by other companies. We were 100% satisfied with the services rendered, and we’d highly recommend this company.

Extremely well, after 4 seasons service I realized the last company’s service was not complete or good. This teamexplained what was to be done, including accessing my main duct work since my house built in the 70’s no access was available.Amazing-with pictures of duct work before& after...unbelievable !!!!! I was speechless when I was shown the pictures . If anyone is thinking of having this service done use this company, you will be extremely satisfied. Their professionalism , knowledge and competency is refreshing. Not to mention reasonable. I had some mold living in my central system which was treated same day. It was an additional expense...but you knew exactly what was being said was the absolute truth. The pictures you see them take don’t lie. Do your sinuses & lungs a favor, you’ll be glad you did .👍🏻

I was very pleased. He took pictures before and after ans shown me how it was clean. They went above and beyond . They came in within the time frame when they said they gonna come. they were thorough and courteous. Didn't leave mess anywhere.

It was awesome! They took videos of what was in my vents and showed me videos of them blowing the stuff out and then what it looked like afterwards. It blew me away! I recommend them to my family and they are having their vents cleaned as well. When the heater kicked on, I could feel the difference and the air smelled fresh. When they did an inspection, they found mold and treated the mold. They went around and pulled up any vents that had mold so they can be cleaned. They were very professional, clean and very informative.

The problem with the service.When he left the guy said "you have a smell like the hospital for about a 1.5 hour." But it last three days. It was dust everywhere. I had to clean it up myself. Bad experience.
