I found ECPC through HomeAdvisor and was immediately impressed not only with the professional scheduler that spoke to me about my issues but also answered all of my questions thoroughly. I hired ECPC through HomeAdvisor to take care of rodents that had made their way into the garage of my rental property (middle unit townhome) due to the tenants inadvertently keeping pet food in the garage that they (the rodents) were able to access. In no time, they made their way into the false ceiling of the finished basement as well. ECPC put out their commercial grade rodenticide bait outside in the garage and outside the property where the rodents had made holes. They also put traps in the false ceiling in the finished basement. It seems that the intervention has worked. The rodenticide in the bait box was completely gone (eaten) and the tenants have said they are not encountering rodents anymore. David very patiently explained his ways and methods to us which was very helpful. There was a second visit. As week after the first application, to make sure that it was working. They provide a 30 days guarantee on their services, which is great. I would highly recommend them.

Prompt service

This was the first time that I used ECPC but I am so glad that I did. I like a small business where the owner cares about the quality of his work. I have used 2 other pest control companies in the past and always felt disappointed in the work. David of ECPC is a nice person. He takes his time. He aims to do the job completely and doesn't hurry just to get it done. If you hire ECPC, you will be happy that you did.

It took a few attempts to get my appointment scheduled (apparently the confirmation did not go through to the tech the first time). Once he came, he was great. Only complaint - he sprayed nests and batted them down but didn t actually physically remove them.
