Downingtown Appliance Repair

I phoned back to speak to a person. My only previous contact with the organization had been to schedule the appointment. It seemed strange to leave me a message to not only cancel the appointment minutes before it was scheduled to occur, but to suggest I call another company. I was pretty annoyed having waited for days and arranged my schedule today to be home. I called their customer service department and the interaction just got stranger. They would not explain what was happening or why. They would not let me talk to anyone else. All they would do was repeat over and over that they had to cancel and i should find another firm. I tried pressing for clarification as to why a firm called "Appliance Repair" could not balance a washing machine. I asked why they had not cancelled 5 days ago if they had no technicians. I asked if there was an owner or a supervisor to speak with. They hung up on me. I cannot explain their odd behavior and would strongly recommend that no one do business with Downingtown Appliance Repair.
