After years of working with this company under different management, the new owners have proven to be unreliable, lack professionalism and lacked follow through. This company now lacks professionalism and customer service. Any questions please feel free to inquire and I will provide multiple reasons to choose a different landscaper for your lawn care.

A week after Horack landscaping mowed my lawn for the first time in April 2018, I found considerable damage to my fence. Owner Marty Derylo admitted that his company was responsible for the damage. He took fifteen dollars off my bill and cancelled my mowing contract since I brought the issue to his attention. I used this company for many years and it was a good company until Derylo took ownership last year. He is incompetent.

This provider came out the morning before a large snow fall. He did not show up again until 11:00 p.m. the following night. I was stuck in my home because he didn't show up. I had called several times and his wife kept telling me, "he'll be there." I had put out markers to ensure that no damage had been done but when he finally showed up at 11:00 p.m. he probably couldn't see them. He ended up doing damage to our sprinkle head which he told me he would repair. I was told that they would repair any damage. He also moved a large stone that he still has not put back in place. The first time I called him, he said he would come out to look at the damage but he never showed up. I have called again but they have not called me back.

He is very reliable, excellent job and he pays attention to detail, he also has great communication!
