Overall it looks good but there were details that were overlooked especially where the flooring ran into door jams and stair treads. We were willing to have that fixed on our own but needed help with some issues regarding the finish and oil treatment on the flooring. Jeff kept putting me off and finally refused to call me or my husband back after many attempts to talk to him. It was extremely frustrating and I finally called someone else in to help us. Turns out our floors should have been oiled after they were installed. A lot of the issues we were having were due to them being too dry. I would not recommend them due to their poor responsiveness and follow up.

As much as I would like to provide a better rating, I cannot. I had great service in my first home in having hardwoods installed. They did a great job and did a little extra by screwing down boards that squeaked. The gentleman was so nice, he adopted one of our dogs we were not taking with us in the move. The floors was so well done when we sold the home the new owners hired them to do more work. When I moved to my new home I re-hired Creative Floors and More based on my first experience. Unfortunately the second time was not the charm. The work was to replace all carpeting in the home. To start two men showed up, and one brought his teenage son. One third of the way through the job one man left leaving the other and his son. When the owner came out to spec the job I asked for squeaky areas in two rooms to be screwed down and that was not done. The job went past 7:00 PM in the evening as the number of qualified installers was not present. To add insult to injury, I have called several times, twice talking to the owner (Jeff Stirling) who said they have a kit to resolve the squeaky parts that would not require pulling up the carpet. Here I am almost two years later making yet another call on May 31st and needless to say I have not had a return phone call. If you happen to hire them, please be sure to stay on top and follow through on the commitment, for me the service hav been hit and miss and what I received was a major MISS the second time around!

Creative Flooring has installed hardwood, tile and carpeting in our home. The service has been excellent every time. We do not even look for other providers anymore.

Excellent job. As of this date Creative Floors and More have covered every floor in our house with carpet, tile, hard wood and laminate. Never disappointed. Jeff and Lisa perform outstanding service.

The sales process was easy and the installers were great.

It only took one day to replace all of the carpeting in my upstairs and I am quite happy with the results. Ed, the installer, and his helper were very pleasant and efficient; I don't even think they took a lunch break! The whole experience was as good as anyone could expect. I'd priced the same job with identical carpeting with another establishment and Creative Floors was $600 less expensive too. Since they'd installed flooring for a very satisfied relative, it was a no-brainer to go with Creative Floors.

We had a ceramic tile floor installed by another contractor years ago, and it failed (tiles were coming up, and making crunching noises). We bought the new tile and installation services through Jeff and Creative Floors, and it was a great choice. They showed up on time, and went right to work ripping out the old floor. It took over 9 hours to get the old floor up, but they were determined to get it done! The next day was dedicated to installing the new floor and cleanup. The result was a beautiful floor with all the details covered. These guys know exactly what they're doing!

Recently purchased a new home and don't really like carpet. I specifically wanted the Mirage Hardwood floors and this company is a distributor. I went into the shop and spoke with Jeff, the owner. He was very knowledgeable about his products and also made sure to let me know that Boa Franc, the manufacturer of Mirage, was having a rebate promotion. He scheduled a time and was very prompt when he came out to measure the area. About a week later he delivered the flooring, hardwood has to be brought in where it will be installed and left to acclimate for a few days, which is what he did. They moved the furniture and removed the old carpeting. His installer did a superb job. I thought the hallway would run straight but he pointed out the way the joist and the floor runs it might cause the floor to squeak if you ran it straight. I called Jeff and told him the issue. He agreed that the floor should run diagonal, which involved a lot more cutting and a slight cost increase. Really a nice look for the hallway. They also used T moldings and there were no uneven areas where carpet meets wood. Great cleanup, most of the cutting was done in the garage and the installer had his own trash can and broom and he took everything with him. Will absolutely use them again when I do the other rooms. You get what you pay for and I certainly got good quality and workmanship. Oh and I got a very nice handwritten thank you note from them thanking me for using their services.

When I phoned about their hours I was told that someone would stay to meet with me if it would be after 5 PM. That was already impressive. I met in the store and was shown a variety of possibilities from vinyl to tile. Chose the one I wanted. Order placed and they worked with "my" schedule for installation.
