Bill had to run a wire in my bedroom to put in the ceiling fan. He had to make little holes in the ceiling to run the wire.When he was finished you did not see any holes where he ran the wire and there was no dust or residue and the ceiling fan looks great and works great.

I found Bill here on Angie's List and called him to do a few small-ish electrical projects. He was professional from the start: answered his phone right away; set up an appointment to do an estimate for the same day; and e-mailed me an estimate the following day. I accepted the estimate and he was able to schedule the work within a week. He confirmed the day before via e-mail, which I appreciated, and arrived on time to complete the work. When one of the projects turned out to be more involved than we originally thought, he was very flexible in handling it. The estimate was spot-on and very reasonable. I especially appreciated Bill's professionalism in scheduling the work promptly and completing it on time. Although I work from home so am fairly flexible in scheduling projects, my work depends on meeting client-set deadlines and I need to be able to plan my time effectively. I really value people who are willing to set, and stick to, their own deadlines. I also appreciated Bill's willingness to discuss my other planned house projects and offer recommendations for people who could complete the work. I will call Bill for any future electrical needs and would not hesitate to recommend his work to others.

I had a great experience with Bill. He was hired by the general contractor that is overseeing repairs in my home. The contractor contacted Bill on Thursday afternoon and he was at my home mid-morning on Friday. He was professional but very personable. He gave the work his full attention and didn't leave until all the needed work was completed. He even insisted on replacing a cheap ceiling light fixture that he accidentally cracked even after I showed him online that the ceiling fixture he cracked only cost $5! The ceiling light fixture he installed is much better than the previous one. I highly recommend Bill to other Angie's List members.

Bill was prompt, efficient, reasonably priced and neat. He cleaned up what he did, and also moved back furniture that had been moved out of his way. As an aside, I have pets. He came in the house and my kitten ran up to him and he bent down and pet her. He was punctual, competent, fairly priced, and kind to my pets. I would use him again without reservation.

Bill was recommended by another contractor and I am happy we called him. From start to finish, Bill was a consummate professional -- he came out promptly to assess the project and provided a realistic, yet reasonable quote and finished the entire project on time. During the project, he was always on time, efficient, meticulous about cleaning up, and most importantly, hardworking and honest. In fact, our handywoman, who was also out at the house doing other projects, was so impressed with Bill, she hired him for her own projects. Bill is now on speed dial. If you have electrical projects, big or small, you will be in great hands with Bill Mullen Electric.

Bill was great! I heard about Bill form a neighbor. I called him for a quote on a tuesday mourning and he was a my house by tuesday afternoon. I had a proposal sent to me by email on wednesday.
