They were supposed to contact within 48 hours, but they didn't call until 4 days later. They don't return phone calls, and when they called they were completely booked.

Bought coupon based on calendar placed by contractor that they had immediate openings.

I called three contractors and from the get go, Bill was great. He was responsive, answered all my questions and sent me his proposal promptly. We arranged the installation which took place as promised and seamlessly. Great overall experience.

Had great experience working with Bill. He was very professional and easy to work with. I made a few changes to the original proposal, which he readily accommodated and didn't charge extra for a minor last minute change the day of the installation. While performing the work, they covered the area with drop clothes and cleaned up the dust afterwards. Very happy with the new lights and outlets. Would definitely use Bill Mullin Electric again.

I called over a month ago and asked for a free estimate and I was told I'd hear back. No return call was ever made to me

I purchased a $99.00 deal from Angie's List for $200 worth of electric. Bill came to the house. He replaced a light in the kitchen and he replaced the breaker box in the basement. Water had leaked from the PECO meter into the box at some point and rusted many of the breakers. He sealed he meter after replacing the box.

Bill is a professional! On the day that I met him for an in home estimate, he had his I-Pad in hand. Several hours later I had a true cost proposal with a finite time frame for the job. We have had no surprises with extra cost or add ons. Bill and his crew show up on time, are friendly and respectable and complete work in a timely manner. I left them alone in my home often and was comfortable doing so. They always left my home clean and secure. Bill is very good with communicaton. Invoices are e-mailed and he is very conscientious about touching base throughout the job whether in person, phone or text. Bill goes out of his way to make sure things are done correctly and in a timely manner. He has good advice about lighting details and plans. Truly, I cannot say enough about Bill. My husband and I have such a great respect for him and his company. All of the work has been truly outstanding and stress free!

I received a few quotes for installing the outlets. I know how (not) hard it is to replace outlets and was kicking myself for not doing it myself before trying to sell our house. Because it was pointed out on an inspection report, only a "licensed" electrician was allowed to do the work. I didn't want to pay too much since I knew how much an outlet cost and how much time it took to replace. I had other estimates of $85-$120/outlet. Mr. Mullen charged $55/outlet and also had a great coupon that took more $$ off the total, bringing the total cost even lower. The price I quoted above is without the coupon. Once it came to closing, I needed a receipt for the service. The technician at the house did not have one for me, but did take my check! After reminding Mr. Mullen that I needed a receipt for closing ASAP, he promptly emailed a copy of the invoice and even offered to drop off the receipt at my house if I had trouble receiving it. I received the email within 24 hours and was able to directly forward it to my realtor for closing. Overall, the service was prompt and reliable. Both Mr. Mullen and the technician who came to the house even answered all my crazy electrical questions, which I liked. I would definitely use them again!

I called yesterday evening to Mr Bill Mullen and left the message for him and today he called me back that he is booked for next month, and I cannot wait that long. He is very prompt to return my call.

We didn't have a lot of complicated work to complete but Bill still did a great job taking care of us. Showed up on time, quickly surveyed the situation and connected our light fixture in a matter of hours.

On 04/26/14, Mr. Bill arrived 15 minutes earlier for our 0830 appointment. I walked Bill through the house identifying areas of concern, considering my house is 30 years old and still have the original circuit panel and it pretty much looks like a 7 year old wired it together (thanks home inspector). Once I showed him, Bill mentioned that it appeared as if my detach garage was being supplied with power from a single circuit that was then split once inside the garage (even I know that?s bad and probably accounts for my circular saw grinding to a halt as the lights dim every time I fire it up). Bill was very patient with me for I?m a first time home owner and a tad nervous about hiring professionals. Once the scope of the job was laid out, Bill said he?d have my estimate by Monday. On 04/28/14, as promised Bill had emailed a very professional looking estimate laying out each line item of the job. I got to my inbox late and replied with a couple of questions; fully expecting that he would respond sometime the next day. At nearly 11 p.m., my phone ?chirped? to alert me to a new piece of mail. Bill had replied to my questions and provided me with a fresh revised copy of my estimate. It was at that point, he was hired. I?ll update this review once the job commences. Thanks Bill!

Our overall experience with him was good. We found them on Angie's List. He was good and he did a good job. He was timely. He was very personable. He did everything he said he was going to do and I think he was reasonably priced compared to everybody else that we talked to.

He was very nice. He addressed the issues and fixed the problems.

We spoke with several electricians for the initial work and Bill was upfront, knowledgeable, personable and efficient and we chose his company. He was able to start quickly and work within our schedule. Everything was done to our liking. The people that worked with Bill were all professional and friendly and they were careful to clean up everything when they were done. There was one very minor issue with one of the outlets and Bill was over the same day to fix the problem. Over a month later when a major storm hit Bill came over the same day I called to install a sub panel and switch-over for a generator. He even put me on a lead for a generator when I couldn't find one. I plan on using him again and I have already passed his information on to two of my friends.

He had to cut through walls and it took him about 8 hours. He did a very good job.

I contacted Bill Mullen after losing power due to the ice storm, I left my information and I was called back within 20 minutes. Bill explained different options on how to get power back to my house. I decided to have a transfer switch put in in order to restore power. Bill and his crew were able to come out that evening and start the job in the dark and cold but he knew we needed power so he came out. My home was up and running with heat and lights in about two hours. I highly recommend Bill Mullen Electric .
