concrete repair
+ -1 more.The old patio was removed and 4 inches of stone installed and compacted. New concrete patio was poured and sloped to allow runoff. When the old (original) patio was removed it was discovered that a base had never been installed by the builder. Eveytime it rained the patio would flood. Since the new patio has been installed there has been no problem with flooding. Some folks feel his price is high - but with concrete you get what you pay for. Other neighbors used a lower bid and now their 2 year old patios are cracking. I have used Al in the past for sidewalk and porch work. He is the go to guy for concrete work in the area.
