Our appointment was set for between 2:00 and 3:00. I had to work late and didn't arrive until 3:10. The provider had called my husband and left a message that he could arrive around 12:30, but my husband was in a meeting and didn't get the message until much later. My neighbor told me that the provider sat in his car for 15 minutes then left. Upon my arrival home, I called the provider to see what could be done. He informed me that he was quite mad. He had arrived at my house by 2:00 and waited. He spoke over me, didn't seem to accept my apology. I asked him what I should do to make this up to him. He continued to inform me that I am rude and don't know how to treat others. I acknowledged to him that I should have called him. I did not have his number, as he also didn't have mine. If he would have called me instead of my husband, we could have communicated better. I apologized over and over. I finally had to tell him that I was not going to be treated in the manner he was treating me, told him to have a good day, and hung up. I will not be using this provider again.

We had originally left our contact information on Advantage's website. We did not get a response from that so we called and left a voice message. We were contacted the next day and an appointment was scheduled. Anthony came when he said he would and explained what he was going to do and what results we might expect. Since the nests were not visible, there was a possibility that the first treatment would not stop the infestation. He explained that Advantage includes a 90-day warranty in the $159 fee. He told us to call him after a couple weeks if we still had the problem. We waited 4 weeks then had to call again as the ants were still in our home. He came back the very day we called and treated the area around our home as well as the exterior of our house (at no cost). We still had 60 days remaining on the original warranty but after approx. 2-3 weeks, the ants were gone! We really appreciated the 90-day warranty and his quick response to the follow-up call!
Description of Work: We contacted Advantage to rid us of carpenter ants. We had tried to handle it ourselves but had no luck., Anthony D. from Advantage examined the area around our home to try to locate nests of carpenter ants. He was not able to find the nests but spayed an area all around our home to block the ants. He told us the best situation is to find the nests but he informed us that carpenter ants nests could be hundreds of yards away or under our deck where a visible inspection was not possible.

When I bought my house they worked on my termite problem for me. I called them back to fix my bee problem They show up on time and call when they will be late.
