Description of Work: Have used "Unique" for several years. A few of my neighbors and myself combine our request for an annual "mulching" (is cheaper that way)...Unique will trim and mulch as per each individuals request, which vary from year to year, and charge accordingly. To me, everything is expensive, but, in comparison "Unique" was less expensive than others quoted to do the same work. | |For me personally,"Unique" installed a small ledge of rocks near the maple tree...the look catches your eye and was just enough. He also installed pavers both in the front and back of my house. Design was simple and the look is striking. it has been several years since that installation and the bricks have stayed where he put them. Norm will work with you...just tell him what you want to see and how much you can afford....he is flexible.

 + -1 moreI had known this business owner from a previous residence where he was personable and did a nice job on landscape and mulch. When I moved into a newly constructed home in a nicer neighborhood, I contacted him for a quote on mulch and consultation on some other landscaping. He quoted what I was told was an exorbitant amount of money to lay approximately 4 yards of mulch. Even he acted surprised when I agreed to his price. This is what raised a red flag for me, so I inquired with some others and the quotes I received were significantly lower. This was disappointing as I liked and trusted this business owner.

 + 0 moreThe service was excellent. They were very detailed orientated, very thorough, and worked efficiently. They did not drag out the job and completed the work quickly. Scheduling was fine, they were on time for the appointment, and they cleaned up well. You could not tell they were even here to do the work.
