STRATHMEYER LANDSCAPE DEVMNT

The plants and some trees they brought out were questionable, some looked very unhealthy and old. They said that they should be find, but found we had to replace them within the year. We also had our outside lighting done by them. The lights have shut off several times within the year and the transformer box had to be replaced twice. When they went off, we would have to wait usually about 4 weeks before they would come out to repair the problems. So, our lights were out more time than they were on during the year due to taking them so long to come out to repair them. This seems to be the same with the plants being replaced also. We planted sod in the front yard and 14 months later, 60-70 percent had just started to suddenly brown out. Most of it appears to be dead. (July 2017) Eventhought, we have been watering and maintaining the grass properly. We are waiting to hear from them about what has happened. They came and got a lawn sample almost 3 weeks ago, and we haven't heard from them yet. We used them for our lawn thinking that the company has been around for awhile and reputable. We are extremely disappointed, in the materials, service and especially the follow up.

I was satisfied with them. It was a timely estimate. It was pretty basic. They did it in a timely fashion. They were professional.

They are very thorough and neat. They stick to their estimates and don’t fool around with pricing.
