My neighbor had work done 2022. Plumber did not replace a pipe right which caused flooding and it ruined some of my property! Called to ask about them filing the damage with their insurance company since I have valid proof it was the result of their workmanship. And mine and my neighbors insurance both denied claims bc they have proof it was the plumbers fault.. hence they will not approve our claims! I keep getting excuses and oh he will call you back. Just leave me your name and number. I even offered to come meet at the office!! And she literally told me "Oh he's hardly here. He is always in the field.... WHAT?!?. So I am contacting the better business bureau on them and continuing to try and resolve this issue. Though it seems like it will end up in court. I would NOT ever hire these people. Future clients beware!

STAY AWAY!!! Truly and unbelievably wild experience. One star doesn't do it justice. Never in my life have I encountered a business of a professional trade that seems to have no sense of accountability. They were more than willing to take my initial call and schedule my appointment. I honestly wish I was making this up, but here's how it went, and mind you, this is for a water heater that burst and dumped 40 gallons of water in my basement....an emergency situation where I am just looking for help and a little honest. Friday - called, no answer, left message, didn't call me back. Monday - called, was given an appointment for Tuesday between 11am-1pm. Tuesday, no one shows, I wait until 130pm, called 3-4 times before someone answers at about 3pm. Woman on the phone says plumber is running late, but will still be there today....no one ever arrives. Wednesday - tried calling at 9am to confirm I am still on the schedule, assuming that's this morning, and left a message. CALLED EVERY HOUR FROM 9AM-4PM WITH NO ANSWER. This is where is gets incredible. After my last call around 4pm from my cell that i've been calling from all day, I'll immediate try calling from my office phone. Someone calls me right back, but as soon as I pick up and say hello, she hangs right up. There's no way they recognized my voice and are actively avoiding me right?! So I wait 3 minutes and call again from a third phone number, one I had never called them from before AND THEY IMMEDIATELY PICK UP!!! Woman tells me on the phone that they got really busy and I'll have to find someone else. ***?!?!?!? Just....wild....I don't even know. It would have been totally fine if they just acted with some integrity and communicated honestly. A complete embarrassment to the small business community if we're being honest. Stay so far away from them.

4 WEEKS IN-NO CERTIFIED PLUMBER ON DUTY OR STAFFED, NO SHOW, EXTREMELY MESSY, RUINED 1000. WORTH OF TREES AND SHRUBS-NEVER GOT A PERMIT-OSHA CAME-NEIGHBORS COMPLAINED, BORO MGR STOPPED DAILY-STILL A MESS!!! TIME TO CALL IN THE TROUPS! RUN AWAY-FAST!!!!1

Bill arrived very quickly after my initial call (within 1/2 hour). He was courteous and professional. He quickly cleared our "hopelessly" clogged kitchen sink. He also determined there was a leak in the pipe under the sink (I was wondering why sometimes when I reached under the sink there would be a couple water droplets under there, duh). He replaced the pipe, gave me words of wisdom about the type of pipes we have and was all done and cleaned up in just over 1/2 hour.

We called in the evening when we realized the pump was running, but there was no water coming outside at the end of the pipe. I had to run an errand, so my husband stayed home to wait for the tech to arrive. Two hours had passed, and I called home to see what was going on, and my husband said that they hadn't shown up yet or called. I was on my way home and I saw him pulled over along the road looking at a map and asked if he was looking for my street. He said yes and followed me home. He came in and spent about an hour checking things out. He did replace a seal on the pump that the invoice stated was $10. He said there was nothing he could do, and the weather was supposed to warm up, and to just wait it out but, turn off the pump so it didn't burn up. The next day, more water had melted and the pipe was still frozen solid. They charged us $205 and didn't resolve our problem at all. We contacted them to express our disappointment with no avail.

I guess you can pretty much figure from the above statement, it did not go well at all. This mistake has cost our insurance company over $3,000.00. Our insurance company is going to subrogate against them.

Went very poorly. They sent 2 people very quickly, determined they needed to access the pipes, and needed to cut an access hole, but measured wrong and cut wall in a closet. Determined hole needed to be in common bedroom wall and did a very sloppy job cutting. They also spilled acid on the underlying drywall, which eventually created a hole in ceiling. They got dirty hand prints all over my house as they seemed to touch everything, wall, doorways, etc. Also charged way over the estimate, including $40 for the extra guy, who was nothing more than a go-for. Very dissatisfied with them, and do NOT recommend to anyone.
