The free estimate was thorough and honest. They had to cancel the week before due to bad weather, but they called ahead of time and then called the next week to confirm our appointment. When the crew arrived they asked if we had received confirmation and that we knew they were coming. I thought this was great customer service. They arrived early and worked tirelessly to remove two trees and trim back several trees. The crew leader also explained the health of one of our trees in order for us to make a decision about whether it would be worth saving. I appreciated his assessment if the tree and felt that he knew his stuff. He showed concern about the tree falling on utility cables or on our house. I trusted his judgement and didn't feel like I was being pushed into more services. I felt comfortable with the crew at my house. They had all the right equipment and were very efficient with clearing and cleaning. I would definitely hire again and probably will as we still have many trees that need work!

We called for an estimate to have a tree pruned and holly bushes and stumps removed from our property. A rep from the company came out to our house shortly after that and gave an estimate of $250.00, which we thought was reasonable. We asked them to do the job and they said they would be out the next week if the weather was good. They called 1 MONTH later and told us again that they would be out that week. They called another MONTH later to tell us they would be out on the next business day, which would have been Monday. A worker showed up to our house on SATURDAY. Luckily we were home! He was gracious and offered to come back if the timing was inconvenient. We had him do the job because we didn't know when we would have another opportunity. He did a beautiful job of pruning the tree, removing the bushes, and cleaning up any remaining debris. He told us that someone would be out the next week to dig out the stumps.The next week I received an invoice from the company, which was due on the date we received it. I called them and explained that I would pay the bill once the stumps were removed, as that was the last item on the invoice. That same day, some workers came to the house and removed the stumps...taking the check with them.
