Fogle Improvements

We have used Dave Fogle for several previous jobs and have always been pleased with his work. We have a twenty year old gazebo that had seven solar screens and a door installed between the posts around the entire perimeter. The solar screening cuts the sunlight of the western exposure, as well as wind. The solar screening remained in good shape, but the wooden frames were starting to rot. Dave made new well-built wooden frames and inserted our original screening. Since the gazebo floor had warped a bit over the years, making the frames so they fit tightly was challenging. When Dave finished building the screens, he wrote numbers on each frame so we would know the order with which we should install them. Even so, my husband found difficulty getting them to fit snugly. He called Dave who agreed to return to install them the way they were intended. The gazebo and screens look very nice once again and should last a long time.

David was very professional and responsible. He did a great job. The price was great!

He was prompt and answered all questions well. He also gave the estimate up front. He showed up when he said he would and did a good job.

It went well. Gave me a reminder call about the upcoming work. Showed up and did the work. The roof looks great! It is a white rubber roof that was heavily stained. Dave made it look almost new again! He painted around the bay window and around the frontt porch. That too looks great! I will use his services again.

I've had Dave do repairs and repainting on my entire house at this point, and I can say he's the best at what he does. He's very reliable, gets the job done on schedule, and his work is excellent. When I hire him to do a job, I know it'll be done right. The work he's done for me in the past has held up great and looks like new. And on top of it, he's a really nice guy. Thanks Dave!

Dave was always on time, very professional, and particular about the quality of his work. He started on time daily and finished the entire job plus did some extra's on time, as promised. I would highly recommend him.

Overall the project went very well. Dave was prompt and courteous and kept me informed throughout the process. The job took longer than expected due to some unforeseen framing work that needed to be done to ensure a proper installation. Great installation and outstanding trim work outside to ensure a complete maintenance free door.

very happy with both projects---Dave and helper were great to work with---finished both jobs to my satisfaction---I believe Dave has many talents in the home improvement area and was happy to find he also does odd handy work also---would recommend and call for any future needs!!!!

I hired him to remove dry rot around my door. He told me that the door was installed incorrectly and he would have to cut. The job he did was completely substandard. Now there is a one inch gap below the door that is allowing rain/weather into the home. The interior and exterior caulking job is amateurish. Now the door will have to be replaced and my alarm system has been defeated and has to be fixed.

We were pleased with Dave and Fogel Improvements! Dave showed up when he said he would to give us an estimate. He allowed us all the time in the world to consider his estimate. When I called to schedule he fit us in within a reasonable amount of time. He showed up on the date he promised to do the work. We are happy with the quality of his work and his honesty and clear communications throughout the job. Any dust/debris created from the work they cleaned up timely. We will certainly use Fogel Improvements again as the need arises and have already recommended them to another couple.

After he came out and took a look at the job I was needing done, he informed me that he could not perform the services. I needed a window replaced and gas logs hooked up to my fireplace. He was professional and prompt. I have just decided to cancel this service for now.

The job only took 2 days. They also cleaned up all old wood & removed it. My yard looked better then it did before they started. Dave & his helper did a very good job & the price was outstanding. I will use them again & have recommended them to others. The only reason I gave them good mark for responsiveness was because I called them when they were at the busiest time of the year, summer. The wait was very worth because the job was great. Their estimate was right on too.

He installed an electric dog door, he installed a cat door. He fixed our dining room table and he did an unbelievable job doing that. He's just so good at what he does. He looked like he was working on his own house instead of mine. It was a good experience. He was really easy to talk to and get along with. You can ask some questions about stuff you're thinking about having done and he'll tell you what he thinks it will cost. he's real good about that stuff. He's busy and he can't get back more often.

Mr. Fogle and his assistant worked tirelessly to get the job completed despite setbacks that were created by my lack of knowledge. I got a door knob (again, antique) that didn't fit (he will put the new one on when he comes back next month to hang more doors for us). His patience and incredible attention to detail is amazing. Anyone else may have said NO to taking a vintage door and "making it work" but Mr. Fogle made it work beautifully! My home was left immaculate and all the trash was placed out with my regular trash. I didn't have to do anything to clean up. I highly recommend him and we will be using him for much more work as time goes on to do any work needed on our home. Our 100 yr old house needs lots of love and attention and with Fogle Improvements, it will get all it needs.

Dave did great work repairing rotted wood on my very old house. He was on time and very helpful. The place was incredibly clean when he left. Would definitely recommend hiring him for anything he says he can do well.

Dave did a great job. He installed insulation, drywall, and primer for my basement. Everything went smoothly. They were done in less than 4 days and the quality was excellent. Highly recommended.

Dave managed to give my house a face lift with skill and determination, staying within his price quote. He shows up on time and returns messages promptly. I've already engaged him for another assignment on the interior.

The service turned out fine. The technicians did exactly what the deal stated and repair our shed. They did a wonderful job, were courteous and were very straight forward. They check in with us throughout the project to make sure everything was going the we needed and scheduling was not an issue. They were very prompt at getting back with us.

David had another gentleman assisting him that was very kind as well. They were quick, kind, and very respectful. they showed up on time got right to work, cleaned up any mess they made, asked if there I was satisfied with their work. Then David asked if there was anything else I needed done. David Fogle is a really qualified individual for the time of work he is performing. If there is something he doesn't know how to fix or install he will tell you so and call someone that does know how to properly fix/install something. I would have him do more work when needed.

OMG what a God sent! Our other contractor left us and Dave not only fixed his mess ups but works very professional and efficiently. I can not say enough positive things about him. His schedule is very busy but he has been squeezing us in to help us out of a bad situation. I would not only recommend him I will be using him when ever anything else arrises. Thank you Dave!

They came out to give an estimate on the work that needed to be done. It was a good initial meeting and we worked together to schedule an agreeable time.

He is very good. I was very pleased. If I find another contractor that is not under Angie's List and it was no good. He is doing very well. He is doing a very meticulous job. He takes time to his work. He's doing more work than talking. They have reasonable price.
