Description of Work: Repaired several sections of redwood fence and replaced damaged hand railings on wooden deck. |

Description of Work: We had leaking at the insert area of balcony posts that resulted in rotting of the boards underneath. Dave was prompt in getting back to us, came over to look over the job before the day for which he was contracted, and came prepared with the proper supplies. He did the repair work on the first cold day of last winter and intended to return on a warmer day to caulk around the posts; however, we never got a warmer day. This spring he came and finished up the job to our satisfaction. When we have hard rains, we no longer have any leaking, so all appears well. I left the "approx. cost" blank because I don't remember exactly how much "special offer" cost when we had the initial work done; however, it was reasonable.

Description of Work: Removed water and bug damaged wood from foundation and doorway. Weatherproofed and replaced wood in damaged areas.

Description of Work: Over 2 days, they put down a new floor and installed new baseboards in a room. Dave carefully moved a large, heavy desk and put it back with no damage to the desk or the new floor. He's always very professional.

Description of Work: The work done was great. My disagreement was with protecting the house during the work. I provided a sheet to be used as a drop cloth during work. I found stray pieces of dried spacial on the rug

Description of Work: Replaced two posts on the front porch and repaired drywall in the kitchen, dining room and family room. We are going to use Dave again to paint and replace some doors in our house.

Description of Work: They built a half wall and installed a window. The work was fine, but the final total was never clear to me. He never gave me an itemized bill showing how the final total was arrived at. I called your office to get help, but got none.

Description of Work: Dave is a very observant and skilled tradesman. He has a perfectionistic eye for detail, but does not lose sight of the big picture. Our work was accomplished in a timely manner and at a very fair price. He even took time to pop some loose siding back together, and polish our brass house numbers! We already have him on board to do some work for us next year. He's booked up 'til then because he is that good.
