We called REEACT on a very short deadline and they went above and beyond to deliver! We appreciate the time Bob took to talk us through the process, outline options, and follow up with next steps. Although it was nerve wracking to be in this predicament he helped us feel assured that no matter the lab results he and his team would be equipped to help see us through. I submitted a request on HomeAdvisor, and within one minute, the owner (Bob) called me. We had a very thorough conversation about our needs and concerns. I received other contacts from more companies, but I was very impressed with Bob and REEACT from a fifteen minute phone call. Just by dumb luck, he was working in my general area, and was able to come out to do testing the next day. The day after that, the asbestos test came back positive (tiles, not mastic). The next day, he and his crew did the abatement. The day after that, the air sample came back, and we ha our house back. At all points, Bob was flexible, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. (As was his crew.) He was also VERY quick to respond to texts or emails. At every point, I felt that communication was superb, and I got detailed documents along the way. Add to that - he actually seems like a nice, personable dude too! We just wish he was more of a general contractor, because we'd hire him in an instant for a dozen other projects as well!

Anxious homeowner here! Bob really saved the day. He is an absolute professional. Bob is quick and responsive, and he is truly an expert. Bob answered many questions of mine before I even hired him, and I'm glad I did. We had an emergency and Bob took care of it. I never felt like Bob was trying to sell me with unnecessary tests, or projects. He communicated with us constantly, and event sent us pictures of him and his crew working at out house. I hope I never have to, but I would hire Bob and his team again in a heartbeat!

I requested a quote for asbestos removal on Saturday, Bob called Sunday to set up an appointment for Tuesday to look at the job, arrived on time and gave a good quote, i hired them, they arrived on Wednesday on time completed job. Bob was very helpful and explained everything they had to do and also texted me pictures of the job as they were doing it. Their contract was easy to understand.

We needed help with asbestos insulation on our heating system pipes. Found out we needed to remove it about 30 days before settlement. They were able to come the day after our call. My Realtor couldn't believe we were able to find help so fast. Very professional and supplied pictures of the work in progress and an air sample. My nightmare was over in less than 24hrs. Can't say enough about the service and communication.

If I could give Bob a 12 for customer service I would. The communication, knowledge, and professionalism was outstanding. I even made a mistake, and he was able to come back and correct it for me. They were straightforward with the work and the pricing upfront. During the abatement, I received updates every step of the way including photos of the work! Great work clean

Bob was an extremely nice and polite person to deal with. He is very informative and explained all the details of the job. He met in the morning to go over everything before it began and sent photos while the job was being worked on and after they finished up. He sent over the air test results by email, the next day to confirm it was safe to go back in the room. My only minor issue was, I mentioned that I was not going to remove the cabinets and they agreed they could cut around them and leave whatever underneath. I was fine with that, but I feel like they could have cut a little tighter to the cabinet sides. They were a little jagged and wavy making it hard to slide a new floor up against it. They were also supposed to use a "sealer" of some sort to capsulate the exposed edges of what was left, to lock it in. I really don't know if they did that though. It was a clear liquid but I can't seem to see any sign of it being used unless I'm wrong. I would think that even a clear spray should/would have some slight difference on the different surfaces. Regardless of that the rest was done quickly and they were able to start the job very soon from when we agreed on the contract. We met on Monday and the job started on Thursday.

I hired REEACT for mold remediation in my basement and I recommend them with the utmost confidence. The owner is an expert in this field and will educate you on how resolve your problem and how to prevent it from happening again. The crew that worked on my house were professional, clean, thorough, and careful not to damage my property. I would definitely hire them again if needed.

They were reasonably priced. More than anything, we were very happy with the Operations Manager Bob. He kept in contact with us through the whole process.
