$550 for first time cleaning and I was providing cleaning products. Hair on the floor, dust still on blinds, didn?t even bother moving objects just simply wiped around. Rug was cleaned using my own personal carpet cleaning machine, it was adequate. I called to complain about the cleaning and Rosa said she was going to be back to clean what she missed the next day at 9 am and never showed up very unprofessional. I was planing to do scheduled once per month cleaning but will not use A.R.R.E.N.
