They were professional and thorough They did a great job with their estimate but because of a bad storm, they were not able to work us in within the time we wanted. We ended up going with someone else.

Overall, Servpro of Reading wasn't bad. The problem I had with them is that my house got flooded with water and they wanted to unload my house in fifteen minutes into a box container. They're ripping and tearing trying to move everything out. They just like threw it in a box but it is our possession. They seemed to be knowledgeable enough to do what they were supposed to do. They didn't do the full gutting. I had to come back and do it all. They were horrible but they weren't over the top. The guys who did the work in the house were phenomenal. The owner was a little bit of a jerk, to be honest. We called them and they were here within an hour. I would use somebody else without hesitation.

The house was used only for sleeping for a period of years and then unused for the last 4 months. ServPro was contacted to renovate and clean the house in preparation for sale but conversation with a prospective buyer wanted the work cut to only the essentials. The people came late in the morning due to a company meeting on the day Sandy arrived but got right to work and had the job completed within the same day. When they left, there was a completely new smell and look to the house.
Description of Work: Cleaning the attic floor, a bedroom that contained urine stains, cleaning a bathroom that was unused for a period of 4 months, and cleaning the cabinets, floor, stove and refrigerator in a kitchen that was unused for a like period of time. All cleaning in preparation for the sale of the house.
