Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Payed 580.00 for storm door installation April 16 2024. Requested a shipping number on door to see when it is delivered. Matt refused to give me a shipping number. April 17 2024 Dorr to be installed, entire staff sick. April 18 door finally installed. April 19 2024request an adjustment on the door due to an inferior job. May 6 2024 responded and adjusted door. Worker used a piece of tyvec deck material to adjust door. Aug 14 2024, notified Matt about the door again, the tyvec material is moving, unable to close door from the outside. Sept 162025, request again that door needs adjusting. Oct 3 2024, couldn't fix, staff sick again! Oct 8 2024, request for door to be fixed again...no reply. 8 months to have a simple storm door replaced on a mobile home!!! 8 months, rediculous. Do not hire redline construction for any home repairs. Or keep some cold medicine handy for all those. " the whole staff is sick" days.

Initially thought the job was going well but after the first day already had concerns. What was supposed to be a 1-2 day job turned into 5 days and NONE of it was done right. The tub itself is not set level, the caulking all around it was horrible and to be re done, the shower doors weren't hung right and almost fell on my children. The plumbing leaked/sprayed immediately. We had to call in a plumber and it couldn't be fixed. We had to replace almost all of the plumbing that was done. The shower head and other fixtures were not installed or caulked correctly. Because the shower head was installed incorrectly it sprayed all over fresh and exposed drywall. The fixtures were supposed to be brushed nickel and chrome was installed. The quarter round placed along the bottom of the tub was wooden flooring quarter round and had to be replaced. Upon pulling that up we discovered nothing wad caulked underneath it so as soon as it would have gotten wet it would have caused water damage. My bathroom floors got damaged, my walls were damaged which I had just freshly painted and a toilet brush was broken. They also left a huge mess and did not clean up after themselves well at all. When all this was brought to Greg's attention he really didn't seem to care and didn't offer to fix any of it. We had to have outside help to fix it all. This was started April 16th and it's now May 19th and we are still finding and fixing half assed work.

Greg is remodeling my bathroom and doing an excellent job. He is a good communicator, and he found underlying issues and fixed them all.
