My Dad's had many flooring options to choose from. Connie was extremely helpful. She listened to our concerns and needs and suggested a COREtec floor that we decided to buy. The installers were efficient and kind. My house was treated with respect. Counters, cabinets, and furniture were covered and house was left clean when they left each day. The COREtec floor and carpet turned out beautiful.

Terrific. The installers started and finished when we were told the would and they were so pleasant. They cleaned up after the job was complete. I highly recommend My Dad's Flooring.

After giving them $5,500 to install hardwoods in the master bedroom, hall and stairs, we found out that Ed had quoted carpet for the stairs. Was extremely upset that his initial estimate did not even mention carpeting. This was heart breaking as we wasted 3 weeks of going back and forth with estimates, pricing, etc. only to find out they were not going to honor their quote.

They came out and gave an estimate promptly. They then scheduled the installation at our convenience. Install took a few hours. We could not be happier.

They were great, both in terms of helping us select the right carpet and in terms of the actual installation. They accidentally left behind a roll of discarded carpet; not a big deal. We plan to go back to them for future work.

This is the second time i have used My dads flooring america for tile work and the third time we have used all together. Great service from the sales person, the estimator,installers and the front desk. Installers were on time and very professional. Very detailed when removing old floor and setting the new tile. The floor looks perfect. We highly recommend them from the minute you walk into the store until the last workman leaves your house

We went to the Douglasville store to look at linoleum and carpet. Our sales associate, Sarah, is very professional, knowledgeable on ALL of their products, pleasant, listened to our needs and directed us to what she thought we wanted. On that day we ordered the linoleum and took a few carpet samples home. The next day the installer called to set up a day & time for the installation. We contacted the store the day before install because they were calling for snow. We were assured the installer would be there anyway. It started snowing the morning of installation. After several phone calls and some confusion the installation was post-poned At that point My husband had already come home from work to be there for the installer. The installer came the next scheduled day but he was late and not feeling well. After 10 minutes of listening to his health issues he finally got to work. In our opinion the install was done well and we were happy with it. Since then we ordered our carpet and are anxious to get it put in. I would use My Dad's Flooring again and highly recommend them. **the ratings above were a combination of the retail store and the installer. If I were to rate just the retail store I would have rated all A's and price a B. We really didn't compare price anywhere else so I don't know the value of their price except that I was happy with the total price with of materials and installation

Everything went smoothly from picking the carpet to the installation. The clean up and moving the furniture back could have been better. Some of the furniture wasn't move back at all and there was some excess carpet the was not cleaned up on our steps.

Tile installers arrived on time. Job was done with care and concern. Not a rush to finish. Also installed new floor moulding. Very satisfied with this part of job They had to reschedule carpet installation due to truck fire. Showed up on time as per new date 12/31. Worked nonstop excellent job again as we had carpeting installed previously. Dealing with My dads is an aggravation free pleasure.

It was good. We had some problems in terms of scheduling but they made it up for us later on. The salespeople were really helpful. She was great. If there’s a problem, they resolved it. They didn’t show up that day.

We originally had carpet installed in June of 2013 in our family room. After several months we noticed two lines across the carpet. We thought that the lines were seams, incorrectly done. We called My Dad's and they immediately responded and determined that the carpet was flawed. They did not hesitate in offering to replace the carpet at no cost. We ended up selecting a different brand of carpet and upgrading, so we had to pay a little more.

They called right away to schedule a time to measure the stairway. They brought a carpet sample that they had in stock. We received a quote within a couple of days, and had the carpet installed within a week of contact. It looks great, and the price was very competitive with other quotes.

From initial contact to final installation we couldn't be happier with MDF. everyone was friendly, professional, very honest and up front.

We did not have the flooring installed, due to finding a new home and moving instead. My Dad's Flooring was extremely helpful up to this point. The customer service was excellent and the price was reasonable (given other quotes that we received). Had 'the perfect house' not come on the market when it did, we would have purused the flooring changes. We will likely use My Dad's Flooring for future flooring needs in our new home.

Great experience from sales people to installers. Sales person helped us pick the right carpet. Called and promptly set up installation date. Installers were on time and did a great job with installation and clean up.

Great service from the time I called to get an estimate to the final walk thru after the tile was installed. Front office was very nice and spent the time to answer all of our questions. They helped us pick the tile and made recommendations on grout color and care of the tile. The estimator was friendly, on time and very knowledgable. They kept us informed of the status of our order and promptly scheduled the installation when the tile came in. The installers were on time and very professional. It took them three full days to install and the lead installer made sure we were happy with the end result. They left the work area clean and removed all debris. Very good experience. We are also having carpet installed and will definitely use My Dads Carpet when we redo our kitchen floor

We had a fairly good experience with them but we found their price to be a little high.

It went according to schedule, installers were professional and courteous, wouldn't hesitate to use them again, did a beautiful job!Its nice to deal with local merchants, as opposed to contractors imported from East Jabip!

Allan and Tom arrived on time. Removed old carpeting. Expertly installed new carpeting. Very detailed. They wanted to work straight through. I said go to lunch.

We are not done with them; they still have more to do. I think they were prompt, thorough and they followed through. The work was good and they also are going to be doing our downstairs too. Pricewise, I would say they are competitive. They were not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The team from My Dad's Flooring salvaged our new living room carpets which we thought would have to be torn out and replaced. They saved us thousands of dollars.

The saleslady was corteous, friendly and knowledgable about the product. We got an estimate from her and a number to call if we decided on the product. We learned all the details of what was included in the price and what was not.

It was a pleasure dealing with Dad's and their wonderful people through all of the steps of selecting,purchasing, and installing the laminate flooring. My first encounter was with Diane Becker at the store who proved very knowledgable about all of the grades of laminate. I explained to her I live in an 82 year old row home in Reading, lots of charm and character but gone through eighteen years of "cat" with the flooring. I pulled up the carpet almost four years ago with the passing of my last cat, and what a mess in the dining room- to add more to the misery, in the living room there were remnants of 30-40 year old waffle padding compacted on the wood. After several mini projects with scraping and applying hydrogen peroxide to the urine stains, I said enough is enough! Diane introduced me to a product stylish yet affordable, Quick Step laminate. She produced an estimate for the installation; that was confirmed, within a couple of dollars by Installation Specialist Brian Spitko, who visited my house a couple of days later. Brian got me involved with the preparation for the project, to apply Kilz Latex-based paint through all the areas with cat problems that proved to be fun and eliminated any odor. It was great to see Diane and Brian were on exactly the same page when it came to the The installation took place by a man who has 25 years experience with laminate installation, Carl. in less than 10 hours, he completed the project all on his own, faced by challenges of measuring and cutting around an ornamental fireplace in the living room and installing under the ceramic logs; in the dining room, he did a seamless installation through a small closet built diagonally in a corner,same with the entrance to the basement in the dining room. Molding was seamless along all walls and around the living room ornamental fireplace. Finally, he removed carpet and tackstrips from the stairway to my upstairs,leaving the finishing for me to complete. The transformation is fabulous; the medium shade of the Quick Step laminate almost looks like original hardwood to my house, matching the stairway and bannister.
