we have been loyal auto delivery customers for more than 20 yrs. In the past 6 yrs, they have allowed our tank to run empty 3 times, the last time, in 2017, it took several angry phone calls to get them to deliver (yes, it was the weekend, but NO delivering 15 gallons to get us to Monday was NOT OK... they finally filled the tank. NOW, in the BRUTAL weather of early 2018, we are empty AGAIN! They have been promising delivery since Wednesday and it is now SATURDAY with NO FUEL

I had used Leffler for years and then they repaired my thing. I had to call them like four times and I came back from vacation and there was oil over the floor in the basement. They did not try and offer me any help. They sent another repair man right away and he said you could have had a fire. I just felt like they just didn't have enough well trained repair people and if they did something wrong to make that do that because they purposely had them come four times because they knew I was going on vacation. I was very very disappointment with them because I had been with them for like over 20 years. I just discontinued using them. I would not recommend them. They always came and delivered oil promptly. I think their biggest problem was their lack of qualified repair people.

They are an excellent company. I have had them for years. They have a tremendous budget plan where you can pay monthly. I can reach them 24/7. They have a great referral program. The servicemen come in marked vehicles and they give you a 2 hour window of when them come. They are courteous and clean up well after themselves.
