Description of Work: Install a new pendant light in kitchen. Add a light switch and outlet in kitchen. Install a hard-wired smoke alarm. Repair a faulty outlet in living room. And some work at the electrical box in basement as necessary for above mentioned work.

He installed a portable generator and transfer switch so I wouldn’t be out of power (we loose power a lot).
