Nick is very honest. He repaired all that he could and he did a great job. The problem is not yet entirely resolved, but that is not his fault. He did not want me to spend any more money than necessary. He advised me to call the manufacturer rather that have him try to replace a major part. As it turned out the part needed from the manufacturer was minor and is being shipped now. I can install that myself. Nick did very good work and is refreshingly honest.

After e-mailing Service Magic, Nick Vita called us almost immediately and came out to give us an estimate within a couple of hours. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and punctual, and we found the estimate to be quite reasonable. Eight days later, the garage door was installed in a professional manner, and we are pleased with his service in every way.
