Nick took care of my garage door problem the same day I contacted him. He is professional, friendly and not at all pushy. He gave me several options and suggestions and I will definitely have him return in the near future to address another garage door issue. And the price was right!!

I wasn't able to open my garage door on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. I checked the internet and Home Advisor, and found Ace. I was very pleasantly surprised when Nick offered to come out right away. He did temporary repairs until he could get the needed part. As soon as the part came in, he was back to finish the repairs even though it was a cold miserable day. I am very pleased, and I highly recommend them.

I contracted Ace to replace a garage Door Opener. he was generally slow and unresponsive in his communication. We had a scheduled appointment scheduled on a Friday, and I contacted him on Monday to confirm, he confirmed and I didn't hear from him again. I reached out Friday afternoon to follow up and ask for a general ETA and he responded that he was unavailable and had to reschedule. I have no issues with needing to reschedule, but would he have even contacted me at all if I hadn't reached out? I took off work to be home for this. Not happy, will be contacting someone else.
