Solid response and follow through

Called back within 20 mins and was at my house in an hour. Nick was honest, told me my options (pros/cons). He was able to get our garage door working on the first cold night in December. I am definitely scheduling Nick to replace our garage opener this week.

Responded fast, was ready to go and did excellent and clean work. I know who to call next time I have garage door issues.

Nick did a great job repairing (temporarily) & then replacing my garage door springs. Prompt, courteous service. My only "ding" is related to the "price creep" of the project, it was nearly $200 more than Home Advisor projected and what Nick originally estimated. But again, he did a great job.

Nick was awesome. Called him on Monday night and he came out the following morning. My garage door was not closing so I appreciate Nick making me a priority. In addition to prioritizing my appointment, Nike s pricing was very responsible and he explained to me the issue with my door prior to fixing it. He is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I highly recommend Nike and Ace for your garage door needs.

Nick took care of my garage door problem the same day I contacted him. He is professional, friendly and not at all pushy. He gave me several options and suggestions and I will definitely have him return in the near future to address another garage door issue. And the price was right!!
