Description of Work: Heater wasn't working. A previous service told us it was unfixable, and wanted us to purchase a new heater. The rep from Jed tore it apart and fixed it, saying the heater we had would last 20-30 years. I love their honesty.

Description of Work: My son just moved in to an old house and the furnace did not work. They couldn't come that day to perform a maintenance check on the furnace, but they did come out that day to troubleshoot the furnace. The fuse was blown and they taught my son how to change it in the future and left an extra one for him. They also turned on the gas water heater for him at no charge. They returned the next week for a service maintenance on the furnace. The two visits together were one charge, and the fellow who came to the house both days was very nice and helpful.

Description of Work: Replace 2 outside AC units, coils and when replacing coils in one furnace of the two, we discovered the 14 year old unit had a small crack in the heat exchanger and needed to be replaced. The price has been the best for Carrier Units and labor. The people have been great.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. I have been using them for years. I typically ask for Garry. He even came out to make sure they were installing the unit properly when I originally purchased it. Everyone is very polite and all of the guys are nice. They are fair and honest.

 + -1 moreWhen I called to talk to someone they gave me an immediate call back. They came to my home to talk about it and schedule the installation. They stayed the first day until they got the furnace working so that I would not be without heat over night and then they came back the next day to do the air conditioner. They did a good job, cleaned up, and I was happy with them.
