Description of Work: They activated an existing alarm system and it went better than we could have imagined - especially after having negative experiences with three other contractors (that we did not hire). If there were more people as honest as Craig Nystrom, homeowners would have a much easier time choosing a contractor. The icing on the cake was how well he did his job and explained things in a clear and concise way.

+ 1 moreCraig is a genius in figuring out what the best systems are for your needs. He is honest, reasonable, professional and punctual and very available if you have questions or need a house call. He installed a surveillance system, speaker system and security system for us. We are thrilled. He is a master at invisible wiring and figuring out how to solve any problem or request to meet your needs. He specializes in commercial as well as residential systems. He services Sullivan, Orange County, New Jersey and Pa. and other areas as well.

+ 0 moreIt went awesome! I couldnt ask for anyone better. After an awful experiance with another local company, we called craig desperate to get our living room connected and we were pretty much out of budget. He came over for an estimate and said he would be able to accomplish what other company couldnt. He gave me a fair upfront price and didnt stray from that on the installation day. He went out of his way to go to best buy and get us our universal remote which the other company didnt even recommend, he actually got us a better one, When he was here he was friendly and courteous. Instead of doing certain things the easy way he did what was best for us, even though it meant extra work for him. In the end, he ended up spending a few more hours than he expected but he didnt charge more, he finished up everything promised and my living room is a professional awesome home theatre system , it looks awesome and you cant see any wires! He is the best and I highly recommend him to anyone!
Description of Work: Craig installed my surround sound speakers and hid all wires in the walls for my living room tv, He mounted the speakers, made everything look perfect and to our exact liking.. He also programmed the TV with all our remotes and gadgets and made sure we knew how to operate everything.
