Aquarius Plumbing & Electric, LLC

I called them several times, and they were not very responsive or helpful. After specifically asking, they told me they don't do septic systems themselves. The person they work with who does, finally called me back and kept putting me off. He was obviously too busy with something else to do the job, but when I requested a specific date, he didn't call me back. I called Aquarius again and asked for another referral, and the woman on the phone told me to check the yellow pages - not very helpful. (We were badly ripped off a few years ago from someone we found in the yellow pages. That's one of the reasons we joined Angie's List.) I am badly disappointed. I doubt that I would use their services, even though they are closest to our home.

Aquarius is listed under septic systems. I called them, but was NOT told they do not do this work themselves. I was told and quot;Lennieand quot; would call me back, but he never did. A couple of days later someone named Scott from Septic Medic called me and said he was busy but would try to get to me by Wednesday ( a couple of days ago). I called yesterday (Thursday) to see if he could come today, and he said he would try, but he never called me back. I called Aquarius again today and explained what happened and I asked whether they do the work themselves, and the woman who answered the phone finally told me no. I asked if they could suggest anyone else, and she told me to check the yellow pages. (That's what we did last time and got royally ripped off.) I don't think I would deal with either of these providers, even though they are the closest to my home. I am disgusted with their attitude.

We had used them before and they're good. They did some electric work, they do both, it seems they do plumbing and electric. It was fine, they're super good and I have no complaints. The best I could tell you is they were good, I couldn't tell you much more than that, I really don't know what most people say. They're professional, the quality of the work was good. They were never late.

Aquarius Plumbing and Electric is very honest and they didn't go over the estimate that they have given us. They were able to keep it under what they had originally estimated for us and they were just really honest with us and they showed us everything. They went by it step by step and they kept us really informed.
