Our water heater suddenly stopped working early evening. We called A&A plumbing and he came to our home the following morning. My husband was impressed with the quality installation of our new water heater. The price was we paid was what we expected to pay.

Don takes the time to explain exactly what he sees, and the price he tells you up front is the price he charged, which allows you to make an educated decision when shopping. He was also prompt. I just had the water heater installed last week; so I cannot comment on follow-up customer service in the event I have a problem, but my impression is that Don will stand behind his work.
