Description of Work: Did not start job when originally promised. Work was put off until a time when it was not ideal planting time. Two of the plants they put in died right away. There were five of another type put in and two of those seem to have died although we aren't sure. The root balls were not loosened and were left tight and compact plus they were not planted deeply enough. They were stunted and seem to have died. Another plant seems "stunted" and we suspect was not planted properly. In all,we were very disappointed since they had high ratings on Angie's List. I read some reviews, and in hindsight, the majority of the good reviews involved spring clean-up, not actual landscape design and planting.

Description of Work: Shawn's provided a professional, polite and prompt reply to my inquiry. | |Shawn's was not available for five months, until the Spring of 2016, and I need a repair of my driveway now, before winter, so I cannot comment on their workmanship.

 + -1 moreI was looking for local Landscape professional, and when stopped by at local Hardware store, they recommended few companies, I called them and among all I felt to proceed with Shawn's after they stopped by and provided some ideas about the project. We visited their Home/Office and they were really helpful in making a selection of shrubs, trees and stones. We decided on a day, they came with a whole team of atleast 8 to 10 people and everything was taken care in few hours. Job is well done. I would surely recommend to others.

 + 2 moreWe met Shawn and his wife at the Harrisburg Garden Expo in 2010. After talking with them and other landscapes, we decided to delay our project to 2011. Early in 2011 we contacted Shawn and proceeded to meet with him and his wife to update and refine the plan they had made in 2010 for our patio. They are knowledgeable and creative and spent quite a few hours with us to develop the plan and pick out the stone. Shawn and his crew started work when they said they would. They always kept us informed of their progress and their schedule. They worked hard and were pleasant to deal with. We love our patio. We are using Shawn again for both our regular landscaping needs and to add a water feature to the patio.
Description of Work: Shawn's Landscaping and Hardscaping built a beautiful, two-level patio with sitting walls and a fire pit.
